Since it is a homestay and not a serviced apartment, there will be no reception. When I was staying, my boss was away so my brother was in charge. He talked very gently and very enthusiastically helped me when the car was broken. At noon he even brought the black bean tea to the house and invited guests to stay at home so it felt very close like home. Here, build the "U" style, so every room has a wide and airy window. The room is small, clean, but everything shows the meticulousness of the owner (from the book, the decorations to the electric lamp). There is a coffee maker (including ground coffee, sugar, tea in a nice box), toaster, a complete kitchen appliance (rice cooker, saucepan, pan, induction cooker, microwave, dish super beautiful and all kinds ...), washing machine, clothes dryer ... I have been in many apartments in Hanoi, but here is not the most beautiful and modern but the place is full of everything and feeling I feel like the owner takes care of every detail in the room. If there is an elevator, it is too great and it is not cool to regulate your room (even if it is 18 * for the whole day, it is still not cold, just cool so sleep is not covered)
