Such a fantastic customer service. We have nothing but praise for this lovely hotel and all of the staff. There was nothing too difficult or strange. We got caught in the strikes and arrived early and they had the room so let us checkin early. The half board was excellent with great meat at the taverna and there was so much food at breakfast as well. Beautiful setting and easy and comfortable room with a private pool, perfect for family!

All was great! We will visit this hotel again. Everything was perfect, especially breakfast was superb 👌

We loved everything about this property, from the moment we walked in. The lady on reception was wonderful and helpful. Our room was clean and modern. We absolutely loved the breakfast options, and it was something we looked forward to every day. The fact Petousis had a lovely pool, that never felt too busy, but also was literally a 3 minute walk to a great beach with a fun beach bar. Location wise it was wonderful and despite only being there a few nights for a wedding taking place nearby, we enjoyed dining at their attached restaurant too- fabulous food, all at a really affordable price. Airport is only a 10-15 minute drive and the port of Heraklion was also worth visiting. Taxi's are really affordable to and from. Couldn't recommend more! We will be returning.

simple apartment, it does the job

Excellent place to stay. Very tidy place. An special thanks to Anna who was helpful in my travel matters. I had and early departure and she took care of that with the kitchen staff for a cold breakfast. 100% recommended for families solo as I was and food in the tavern was very delicious home made Greek food. Bravo !!!

The hotel was good n staff was friendly n helpful.The food in restaurant was good experience greek food.The beach was jus 2minutes walkable n enjoyed my stay.would really recommend petousis hotel n suites.Love to visit again.

Amazing hotel! Customer service was top notch, everyone was so helpful and kind. It's the perfect location and the rooms are so comfortable and clean. I would absolutely stay here again, it's the best!

Room was better than expected. Clean, spacious, and in great condition. Staff was super nice. Restaurant connected conveniently to the hotel was also excellent and very helpful. Wonderful hotel!

Good clean and comfortable hotel 5 mins from beach. Had a junior suite with very hard bed and pillows but they quickly replaced with soft mattress topper and softer pillows, which were great. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff at the hotel are super nice and make sure they do everything to accommodate you! They made sure we were comfortable and the food in the hotel was the best!! Top hotel I’ve stayed in while traveling internationally. Everyone was super friendly.

My biggest complaint is the front desk lady. The US has just changed the Covid guideline and I went to her to ask about the clinic near by if they are open on Sunday’s as is low season in Crete and I was worried. She kept on repeating just go online and look up yourself. My entire family decided to walk to the clinic and ask whoever no one spoke English we ended up using google translate to help ourselves out. My feedback is if the front desk lady could have called and helped us ask using Greek it would have helped us out and avoid much stress. I did bring up to managerr and manager was understanding and really went above and beyond to help us. Covid has made travel so difficult

Amazing service, spacious rooms, clean property with a wonderful onsite restaurant.

There is a large restaurant attached to the hotel. The wood oven pizza was delicious. The balcony in the room was very nice with a great view. Room was quite modern. Breakfast was excellent. Location is excellent. Nice shops to walk to and also close to the hwy.
