Shady neighborhood... unexpected 100 dollar deposit. 3 out of 5 key card gates to enter property didn't work. Room smelled horrible Old single size spring beds. No comforters Only sheets & itchy blankets.

The place is not what show on the pictures the room had a very very strong smell of humidity the shower was splashing all over the bathroom supposed to be a smoke free and all the smell was of people smoking Marijuana the price was good but wont stay here again if you want to be cheap them this is your place i could stay on a better place for 10.00 more only good the pool was open late or there no one supervising the hours the staff on the office was rude ask for change to buy a soda and they told me no good luck if stay here

When I did check in, the staff was not professional and they don’t care about anything, I finished my checkin process and went to my room, and it was at 1 AM so they have plenty of time to clean it and make it ready, the room wasn’t clean, cigarettes smell they bed wasn’t done there was food left overs and open drink can, dirty washroom! I went to tell them they didn’t want me to take pics and when I told them to cancel my reservation they didn’t care and she told me ok you can leave! Terrible experience Not recommended at all! I would like a full refund!

Great Stay!

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything close by within walking distance. Beach only 1 mile away.

Must wait outside in heat until 4 PM.

Before giving the room to a guest, they should make sure that everything is working properly, like the shower, toilet, and other facilities.

Everything was great except, something fell on the floor and cleaned it up and the paper towel i used was black. Looks like the floor has not been cleaned at all. Overall place was great.

The room was nice, smelled a bit mildewy, no water pressure to speak of in the sink. Shower a bit bettet but still low.

We stayed for two nights on a family trip. While the room was clean, there were several issues: there was no garbage bin in the room or bathroom, the air conditioner was very noisy, and the blanket had an unpleasant smell and was not clean.

Property looks nothing like the pictures. We got there to check in, guy at the counter was taking pictures of our credit cards and we asked why.. all he said was for “fraud”reasons. He said we store them in a folder because that’s what we have to do in the state of Florida. Room was sketchy, bed was itchy and the shower was shallow. We were standing in there as if we were subway surfers hoping we didn’t fall through. Would not recommend. No trash in the room..

I Could not sleep ! Next door room couple was screaming 2-3am arguing kept me awake . NO ONE IS ON PROPERTY AFTER 12 MIDNIGHT TO SPEAK TO And again 9am same room in the morning there was more yelling and noise. Tired not well rested, I couldn't wait to leave, check out ;(
