Friendly staff

Property was not clean and there was a weird smell in the lobby. Their access card also used to get deactivated every time which was really annoying

Our stay at Lemon Tree, Pune was good. It was a weekend getaway. The place is very clean and neat, with very helpful staff. The check-in and check-out took a bit longer as their systems were slow that day. The breakfast buffet spread is good, with a lot of choices for veg and non-veg items. The sous-chef, Mr Talukdar is very attentive and takes care of your smallest requirement and suggestion. One of the glitches was the lack of car parking and cleaning facility. They do not have parking space in the hotel premises. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant.
