Positive: we were able to check in early and check out 1 hour late. The location for the suburban area (Coslada) is very good, only 5 minutes from the nearest station and there is a large supermarket and a small supermarket. Negative: it is a shame that the receptionist cannot speak English. There is no shelf for soap in the shower, which is a bit difficult for us elderly people.
