Old room, air conditioner not cool, TV not working. Location not near the beach. Room rate if checked in after 12pm will be charged 50k/hour, but when checking out they said single and double room rates are different, usually other hotels I stayed at will clearly state. Room smelled musty. Will not return.

The room was terrible, there were no necessary items in the room, I asked but the landlord said there were none. The whole building but there were no guests, my family had to wait outside the gate until 2pm for someone to open the door to enter. Even though it was a holiday, there were no guests, everyone. Even though it was empty, the service was extremely bad. Not suitable for the price. Everyone, please stay away from me ❤️

Nhìn chung khách sạn khá ok, đi trùng dịp Tết nên khá đông khách. Lúc book phòng và thanh toán xong hết trên app rồi, đến nhận phòng thì Khách sạn báo hết phòng rồi mà quên tắt nên hơi không vui, nhưng cũng đã được khách sạn chọn phòng khác thay thế. Nhìn chung khách sạn tiện nghi, lễ tân cư xử ổn.

Blankets and sheets reused by the old people, the receptionist lacks enthusiasm. When requesting a new mattress, you must do it yourself. When I asked for a new blanket, I gave the old blanket which was worse
