The best hotel for business meetings, family stays, and relaxation

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful upon check-in. The food was also delicious.

During high season, check-in takes a long time. You have to go back and forth to the reception.

I stayed in room 614. When I arrived, the shower was hot. I called HK from my room, but the receptionist didn't answer. So I went down and had it fixed by HK. Another problem is that the toilet bidet is too strong, so it hurts when it touches your skin. I've turned it around and it seems to have worn off. Please maintain the hotel equipment more frequently. Thank you.

The security guards are responsive, the receptionists are very helpful, the housekeeping is responsive and friendly, the restaurant service is the same as in a 5-star hotel, the breakfast is extraordinary.

Strategic location in the city center, near the mall. The hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, if you use GoCar or Grab, you still have to pay for parking even if you drop off passengers.

It's good but unfortunately there are cockroaches in the toilet and it's not soundproof so all the sounds from outside, beside and above can be heard in the room.

The hotel opened in 2019, so the room furnishings could use a bit of a refresh. The hotel is clean, and its connection to MBK Mall makes it easy to find food. The breakfast menu needs to be improved, as it's relatively the same every day. The hotel could use some creativity.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The service is good. There's a mall next door that can be accessed from inside the hotel. The downside is that it's a bit difficult to order online taxis in this area. Originally planning to explore the local cuisine, I ended up just eating at the mall.

Everyone was nice, good, and friendly. The hotel was comfortable.
