Fooled by the cheap price. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist did not acknowledge the cooperation with the app. Forced to add more room costs. Be careful with cheap OYO hotels.

The hotel price does not match the application. The hotel asks for additional payment, otherwise the hotel will cancel the order. The price must match the hotel menu price, not the price in the application. As a result, because it was midnight, we had no choice but to add payment in cash.

The accommodation seems to be unmaintained, claiming that it does not cooperate with applications other than OYO, so I get paid extra to be able to stay there.

I booked and paid it in traveloka. I got the voucher and was supposed to check in. When i got there, they did not give me the room. They said it was full and they do not work with traveloka or agoda anymore. They asked me to ask refund with traveloka. I tried, but this hotel doesn’t give refund. So i had no room and lost money. The hotel admin was not helpful. They ignored me and left the receptionist office when i asked for help. Very bad experience.

For those who have never been here before, it is recommended not to book first, it is better to call the hotel directly. Yesterday I was disappointed because the price on the app and when we checked in were different. On this app the price was 70-90/night, when we arrived at the hotel it was actually different, 155 thousand/night, so the accommodation fee would be added. They said they were no longer working with Traveloka, Agoda or whatever. Only working with OYO. But it is still displayed on this app. Please change the marketing trick. Poor people who have booked and paid at the price on the app end up paying again at the hotel. Just a little disappointed. 😌 and feel cheated!

The hotel clerk asked for additional money on the grounds that the price in the application did not match the actual price. The room smells of cigarettes and is dirty. Towels were given when requested.

Lodging in front of the Pekanbaru Grand Mosque, for an okay location, near Murmer food places, convenient parking at the Vocational School, the rooms are pretty clean, the air conditioning is cold, the TV is clear, the rooms are spacious, the water is smooth, but overall the inn is not physically maintained. Ladies and gentlemen teachers have many students who can be employed to clean up, it's a shame the good facilities are not maintained and utilized. Next time if you stay again, hope the edotel is in better condition.

Great place, but a little bit dirty. Need to clean the floor, room and bed. Especially the sheet.

What is clear is not to expect much. This hotel actually functioned as a training hotel for SMK children. There are almost no complete facilities. The TV is just a display, there's no broadcast, the towel takes a while to be asked because it says it's not dry yet. If you want to find comfort, it's better to just look for another hotel.

The staff was not friendly, we were far from out of town and towels weren't even provided because the reason it was raining towels wasn't dry, mineral water wasn't provided, we wanted to park the car and were told to find security to open the fence, even if you wanted to cancel the order that night the staff was welcome, but because it was too late we succumbed to stay one night there. The rest of the next night we just left it because it couldn't be refunded again, the hotel was very poorly maintained and scary if the atmosphere was at night. Highly not recommended if anyone wants to stay here, it's better if this hotel is closed if you can't take care of it anymore.

Minimal staff. Those who ordered a deluxe double room type, provided a standard double room. There are no trash cans, toothbrushes and toothpaste, and mineral water in the room. The room smells musty, the floor is dirty. The plus value is the location of the hotel in the city center, close to entertainment venues and others.
