Perhaps due to the translation, the hotel let staff rest, when check-in was very dirty, not cleaned, towels were also lacking.

The hotel is near the old town and long Bien bridge, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, the surrounding area has many cafes, very satisfied with the location of the hotel. Nice room, clean, friendly staff. However, the restroom was stinking (staff explained that the hotels in the old town had this problem, so I had to accept it if you booked the hotel near the old town); I stayed at the hotel for 4 days but breakfast was the same every day, very boring; The hotel has no overnight parking (if you are planning to rent a motorbike, note, it's best to take a taxi for convenience).

The hotel has good service and meets all the requirements of travelers. Rooms are comfortable and comfortable.
