Bed linen is not clean, not provided with drink, soap, toothbrush.

Please pay more attention to cleanliness.

The room is cramped, the mattress is not clean, there are still stains and sand at the end of the sheets, the toilet water tap doesn't work, when it's opened it turns out to leak. Plugs only 1, the other for dispensers that replace the WiFi plugs. There is no drinking water and toiletries such as soap, shampoo, tissue. just disappointing.

Complete facilities, from the stove, refrigerator, dispenser to wifi okay. But the bed linen was not clean, the table was broken, the bathroom was not clean, the fire alarm sounded 2x and it was not clear and there was nothing. For those of us who are usually sensitive to warning alarms, this is very sensitive ..: /

their service was nice and the room was nice too there's a tv, a kitchen and medium refrigerator also air conditioner. Honestly I don't really satisfy with the bathroom, but actually you still can take a bath and ect. so yeah pretty good 🤷‍♀️

The procedure to settle is quite simple, not complicated, the officers are also easy to contact. Can get bags first before check-in and after checkout making it easier for guests to travel.

The security guard is not friendly and the service is lacking. The WiFi network is strong but cannot be used for any browsing.
