We have hooked four rooms and all rooms are very unhygienic. When we entered the rooms, there were still hairs on bedsheets, bathroom floors and toilet seat. The duvet covers and pillow cases have stains on them. The floor almost felt like the have forgotten to sweep or vacumn. There’s cobwebs on the ceiling that does not seem like it was there for more than a few days. Bathrooms have moulded and discoloured silicon throughout, you really don’t want to step on it. The check in was done online a few months prior the day of arrival and we still have not received the codes on the day so we had to be let in by other guests, trying to phone up the contact number provided and get the access code to the room.

Lovely stay and apartment in a great location. The balcony furniture would benefit from being renewed, it didn’t look very strong. There were also 4 of us staying but only 2 plates and limited kitchen items. It didn’t matter too much for us as we mostly ate out.

Paid extra to stay in a terraced room. Ended up on ground floor low ceiling room. The room was full of damp. The corridor outaide the room had serious damp. You could leave door open for freah air as it is on ground floor and had a garden which peiple came to smoke. Very disappointed and the joke being paid extra for this room. No solution to move as it was fully booked aparently even though they have several propeties in the area. The instructions to into the property was poor. Didnt specify room number and i had to get in touch with customer services. Being an online Nd humanless check in seems good on paper but when there is issues there is no support. There are better options in the city which i have used before i would use this company again

Really comfy little studio-like room with small kitchenette and lovely terrace. Very clean and modern. My only slightly negative point would be the later than usual check in time, but a staff member was happy for me to leave my bag. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great location , clean, everything we expected! The little patio would’ve been great if the weather was better. Recommend for sure .

Could not sleep for 2 nights due to people above us partying until 4am, no insulation in the hotel, can hear everything from all other rooms above and to the side. When contacted customer service, they told us they cannot help us.

The room was well designed for travelers. With all the amenities, little fridge, microwave, small stove, air conditioning. It was great, no frills, fully functional place. There is no parking, but plenty of parking nearby for 10€, we loved the location, next to eating and from reasonable walking distance to Santa Catarina street, and other attractions

The hotel is in a very good location. We were 3 so got the third floor with no lift. Shower stream wasn’t that good. Overall had a good stay, Communication was only through sms message and couldn’t really speak to someone face to face.

Unfortunately they don't have elevator. You need to drag your luggage to upper floors. Not recomended if you bring several luggage units or age don't allow you to climg stairs. They should have those notices in hotel info.

Hello, I stayed for just one night. We didnt have WIFI during our stay a as there is no reception there is no one able to help. I reach them by whatsapp as they suggest in their Hotel but they just told be technical issues. When trying to do the check out also same issue. In general hotel is OK but keep in mind there is no elevator and with big luggage can be challenging if you need to be in the 3rd floor. Ok is well located

Basic breakfast. No staff on hand to help if any problems, although there is a virtual one lol. If you like a key for your room then this isint place for you .

We travelled with 2 kids so we booked a 2 bedroom suite. The suite was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Luckily we only had backpacks and no kids buggy. I can not imagine shlepping luggage up the steep steps. The suite itself was nice and beds lovely and firm. Bathroom was a decent size with a large shower, however there was mold in the shower and skid marks in the toillet. Kitchenette had a little fridge and a sink and a massive locked cupboard with electricity sign on it. On the face of it OK-ish in general untill you try to sleep. The noice from the electricity cupboard was keeping us up half of the night. It was like sleeping in a boiler room and it kept going all night (and day). We were knackered after 2 nights stay. We booked the breakfast, which they serve on the ground floor and that was really nice. They served a selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurts, breads, meat and cheese and even some cakes and local pastries. The lovely lady serving couldn't be nicer and more helpfull.

Very nice breakfast every morning with good options. Nice spacious apartment. Very quiet.

Small rooms and no windows

The room is clean and renovated. The location and parking is great. I like the size of the bathroom as well.

The room is very nice. There is no live person at reception. I guess I am old-fashioned and prefer that. Good location to reach bus. Metro and not too far to the historic sites.
