Perfect stay! The area is safe, quiet enough in the night. Easy to find food, and shopping. Walkable to everywhere. The managers are helpful, thoughtful and friendly. The apartments are clean, cozy and charming. You will love it!

The apartments are well maintained, warm and cozy with charming characteristics. The area is full of eating and shopping choices, a park and metro, train, buses are all just few steps away. Very walkable to many attraction. Property manager Alexandria is thoughtful, friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommend and willing to come back.

Our Studio was so wonderful! Very well appointed and so unique in its design and construction. And both the reception and the location could not have been better. We had a wonderful trip and much of it was due to our stay at the Studios with Mezzanine Rua da Moeda.

This was a fantastic space for a family of five. The accommodations were clean and spacious with everything you would need, and a lovely rooftop patio as a bonus. The location is great with a large park with playground across the street and Timeout Market/transportation hub just meters away. Lastly the cleaning staff were friendly and simply amazing. I don’t know when we will be back to Lisbon, but when we do we’ll be staying here again!

The unit we stayed in was beautiful - it had all the comforts of home. We loved the staff - so nice, helpful and attentive. The property is in a great location, easy walk to many of the sights and close to the Metro.

Location is really good. Studio was clean as well when we checked in. There were issues though, shower didn’t had continuous hot water. It was on and off. I tried to leave the message on the chat but didn’t get any replies back. For me, one of the ways to relax is watching TV. However TV in the studio was really small and outdated. You cannot really connect it with your phone to watch Netflix etc. We never knew that there is no lift in the building. Thats also a bit of work when you have big luggages abd you have to climb 2 floors up.

A beautifully decorated apartment with wonderful amenities. Our family of four truly enjoyed the stay and appreciated the thoughtfulness of the hosts. They made us feel welcomed and accommodated.

We had the nicest apartment in Lisbon city centre. It was surrounded but lovely restaurants and places to visit and within few minutes walk to the river. Despite the great atmosphere the apartment is well prepared for noise cancellation and we couldn’t hear anything so we manage to rest properly whilst being there. Communication with the host was super efficient. I’d stay here again for sure. Thank you for paying attention to detail and making our stay so memorable.

The property is clean, nicely decorated and in a walking distance to everything. The host is very accommodating. Unfortunately there is a night club nearby that kept us awake three nights in the row. The party starts at 10 PM and ends at 4 AM, very noisy and the music just goes through the walls.

Highly recommend this comfortable and safe place - the owners and support staff are very kind & caring, to ensure our stay was perfect. Portugal has left an imprint on our hearts. Thank you Susanne , Mauro and Alexandra. ❤️❤️

Compact but very comfortable space. Stairs a little tricky but manageable. Everything you need. Communication was quick and easy and enjoyed the extras provided (wine and snacks). I could easily recommend this apartment and the location was convenient as well.

Everything about this apartment was amazing. The only concern was the stairs leading up to the loft bed. Would have been nice to have a balcony. Will have to remember to request that if I come back. Location was perfect. Thanks again so much!😊 Marco and Patricia

A lovely and fully-equipped apartment in a great neighborhood. Communication with the host made transit to and from the property very easy and the place was in a very walkable area; close to the Timeout Market and plenty of other restaurants and cafes. The place was beautifully decorated with attention to detail. Busy at night but we were not bothered by the noise and slept very soundly. Would absolutely love to stay again!

Our stay was excellent and the hosts went above and beyond to make this a home away from home. They helped us find places to eat and suggested things to visit. Susanne helped us figure out our tickets to the castles. The area is great and has so many good food places within a 5 minute walk. Overall stay was perfect will definitely be coming back

We enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, quiet, and super charming. It was tough to go up 3 flights with a big bag but it was worth it. The host was kind and the property was centrally located. We received a free bottle of wine and even got to see the super moon from the bedroom skylight. Id definitely stay here again!

My husband, two older teenagers, and myself stayed here for two nights. Beautiful property...comfortable sectional and beds, great shower, modern kitchen, cute terrace, well decorated, clean. Easy walk to the city center/main tourist areas. In a vibrant area of Lisbon with lots of young locals enjoying the summer...but quiet inside. There's a market across the way with about 20 restaurants where you can eat and drink casually--we tried multiple restaurants and pastry shops there and all enjoyed our food. The proprietors left us a welcome wine and some treats and lots of helpful Information. The communication with the proprietors was excellent in the days and hours leading up to our stay. We even met them on our first morning as we came outside and they provided friendly and helpful info about navigating the city. Would definitely stay here again if we come back.

This is a lovely property. All the amenities anyone could ask for. Very clean and near The Time Out Market. I would highly recommend this place. However I would not recommend this for seniors. The stairs are a challenge. The owners are lovely people. They helped with our luggage as my sweetheart and I were challenged.
