I highly recommend staying here. It's very close to the airport, and it's not too far to the city center. There's a shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel's facilities are also very kid-friendly, and the kids were very happy to stay here. There's a kids' corner and a kids' pool. All the staff were very helpful and very quick. It was an amazing experience staying here, and I'll definitely be back if I come back to Balikpapan. Thank you, Four Points Hotel.

Good and friendly service, clean, only the toilet is too narrow, the lift doesn't smell good and doesn't meet the expectations of a Fourpoint Hotel in general.

It's very comfortable and offers an extra bed for babies. There are also children's events on Sundays. It's truly engaging and fun.

The room is super cozy, nice, and calm. Each room has its own iron, even with the board. The restaurant is clean with a good layout and ambiance. The food is tasty with many variants. A snack bar with many choices of snacks is a plus point that I have never encountered before. Overall, this is one of the good and satisfying hotels in Balikpapan.

The hotel staff is friendly and informative, and the breakfast menu is delicious.

Check in time is very fast, amazing service from the staff, clean room except the dirty curtain, perfect bathroom. I ordered ramen from the restaurant and the taste was horrible. But breakfast was quite good with many variety food and snack for kids.

Staff is very friendly, it's close to the Sepinggan Airport and have free shuttle so it's a great choice if you have a flight the next day.
