Our arrival was late, and not having attentive staff we could not remedy the smell of weed. The bathroom was shared with 3 or more others..

Quiet neighborhood, and relatively close to public transit. Checking in was easy. Had to share both bathrooms with other guests, sometimes it gets a bit tricky. Had some minor issues with mirror and toilet seat in one of the bathrooms. Mirror was added within 48 hours. Overall, great value for the money!

Amazing, but they should have put check out time to be between 11 to 12…,::while 10am is too early

The room has a bad smell, we had problems with the wifi and the heating in the room. The nights were quite cold. The big bed had hair on the sheets and there was hair on the covers too. I have photos but they can’t be added here. Thank you

The stay was very good, although I did not see anyone. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and it was warm. Would have liked a mirror in the bathroom for shaving though.

This property was different than the pictures. Steep narrow staircase was not included in the description. The website included a breakfast but there wasn’t anything.

Easy check-in. Room was comfortable and bathrooms were clean and easy to use. Friendly communication.

Overall is was a disappointment due to two major factors- noisy beds and your hot water system. The children beds were very noisy as they made creaking noise with little movements. Being metal beds they caused so much trouble throughout that we decided to sleep on floor instead. However this didn’t end here and from about 11 pm , the hissing sound from hot water system was so loud that we could not sleep for the night. It did not stop at all and caused trouble as our bedroom was nearest to your hot water system. I had to do half marathon next day and lack of sleep didn’t help me at all. I will leave feedback on google and hotel.com for others too. Contacted owner and she did not agree with what I said but replied she will ask her helper to check this issues.

Accommodation fine, in line with expectations, some beds were in need of new springs. Owner was welcoming and well organised.

Rooms in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. The overall cleanliness level was satisfactory, and the double room my partner and I rented slightly differed from what is shown in the pictures, but it was clean. I think the value for money is adequate, however, we had to leave the place a day earlier as we couldn't get a good night's sleep due to other noisy guests who did not respect the quiet hours for the guests. The walls are thin, and the shared kitchen and bathroom might be inconvenient if someone else is using them in the middle of the night.

Property was good for the price. Our Room was a bit too small for a queen bed and two single beds. Table and chairs were not neccessary in the room. Area was great.

The place was better than I expected, clean and warm. There was a fair bit of outside noise. Facilities were good. The only downside was the day after we checked out I received messages and a hostile phone call from the land lady asking me where the large throw had gone suggesting I had taken it. Which I had not.

The property offers a mixture of modern (kitchen) and slightly dated (bedroom and shared bathroom) facilities. Our bedroom was crammed, because it contained one double and two single beds. There was also a table with four chairs which was unusable, as there was simply insufficient space to sit around it. In this case, less is more! The double bed was comfortable enough, bedlinen and towels were clean. There was cosmetic damage to some surfaces and some items, such as the bedside lamp. As bathrooms and kitchen were shared between up to four parties, there were notices with instructions everywhere, more than I have ever seen in hotels or youth hostels. These were mostly followed by the other guests, yet we encountered one flooded bathroom floor and were kept awake by the very noisy central heating pump because person(s) had left the heating on in both bathroom radiators (which we switched off, of course). We did not use the kitchen at all, but this was kept reasonably clean. However, it would have been reassuring to see the owner or her representative inspecting the property regularly.

Great place to stay. Reasonable price, store right next door, great area (safe and clean), and good amount of space.

Amazing

Positives -easily accessible - no stress or confusion -£5 parking for 24 hrs, 30 second walks away. —Good amount of towels provided. Improvements -towel to dry hands in bathroom -tell people the wifi password before they arrive -thinner covers to sleep with in summer 4/5 (never saw kitchen so i can’t do 5/5)

Ok for one night stay. Simple and clean but run down. Too many rules.

Lovely Hosts, easy check in immaculately clean and very peaceful. Will be staying again.
