This is a mixed review as we had two rooms and they were viewed very different one good and one not so good, maybe it depends if you are in the main building.so main building very good value for the money, not main building, noisy, bed not good , shower very caravan like.

Stayed for one night. Very friendly staff. Room spotless, comfotable and well decorated. Huge bathroom with an excellant shower. Had dinner and cocktsils in the restaurant which was outstanding. Breakfast really good too. Will definately stay again if doing another multiple university visit

Our 4th visit here. That says a lot. Would not use again if not good. Staff always helpful. Rooms always a good standard. Would stay again if in area.

We were here for a very sad time, but the team of employees here made it bearable by their kindness and professionalism.

All the staff were brilliant, the food was lovely and the restaurant was nice. The area around the swan was quiet nice woodland walks near by overall a lovely place to stay

Nice clean comfy room, well specced with nice decor, however I booked a room with bed and seperate sofa bed but the room I was given was not this. It just had 1 king size bed. The whole stay was let down by a dripping toilet in the bathroom which went on all night and kept me awake. Very annoying.

Second time staying visiting local relatives. This is a lovely hotel clean great staff and the food is fantastic, will stay again great quiet place but good commuting to Lincoln by car for busy attraction

Shower tray not deep enough or drain clogged as it over flowed and no wifi in my room to far from the router won’t be rushing back

What a little gem of a place. So friendly and welcoming staff. Modern clean very comfy rooms. We stayed 3 nights and ate in the restaurant every night, food was soo good. If we are ever back this way will definitely stay again.

Property and room ok staff quite friendly second night terrible smell coming from shower drains had to close down as smell was keeping me awake complained in morning about smell and asked staff member to come to room to witness it said she couldn't leave desk so spoilt second days visit

Fantastic room, had the most comfortable bed.. Food very good in pub. Staff very friendly. Will definitely be back.

Only issues were that i booked via third party which included breakfast but the staff didnt know that though they honoured it when i explained; the room though a double was really small with little privacy in using the bathroom and no bath which the photos had indicated; there really ought to be nets or blinds on the windows as they overlook the carpark, and the sheets kept coming off the mattress! Otherwise all great!! Would stay again but book directly and ensure a bigger room and a bath. :)

Thoroughly enjoyed the overnight stay. Room was superb and the staff were incredibly helpful.

Noisey did not sleep well had a room above kitchen which was noisey which I can understand but 5am till 10pm at night is not great.

Wonderful and friendly staff, flawless check in and check out. We came for a track day at blyton park, Would stay again if in the area.

As always food was good bed comfy Room was clean showee was perfect Needed more bar staff only problem not enough to run 2 bars
