We arrived on October 12th, 2025. We had to park a bit far from the hotel due to the March for Peace but once we got there, it was wonderful! The room was modern and very beautiful ! The breakfast was very good! Thank you for a wonderful stay at your hotel !

The hosts are wonderful, caring people who do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast is great - homemade food. Great location. Very highly recommend this property.

The hotel is elegantly designed and decorated, very artistic and pleasant. Very clean, the window glass is spotless, making you feel like nothing there and you would walk into it. The staff members are extremely kind and courteous and willing to help.

Carmine and Lea were the absolute best hosts! They made us feel very welcome and had so much time to help with any query we had. Lea bakes breakfast goodies the night before and they are so so tasty!!! Would recommend this place to everyone!!

Wonderful place to stay. You do have to drop your luggage off —they will send you an e-mail about this —and then park down the mountain in a parking lot. The couple that manage the hotel are fabulous. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast exceptional, and the service was definitely a 10. You definately will want to stay at least 2 nights. They also have a terrace upstairs to watch the sun set.

Carmine and Lia are amazing hosts, very accommodating, we felt right at home. Very clean, nicely decorated, lot of heart put into upkeep and creating a comfortable space. Love the little touches. Breakfast is yummy. We will be back when we return to Assisi.

Owners were very friendly and helpful. Great location. We were offered a choice between two rooms.

We had a wonderful time in Assisi and at Portica 10. The hotel is conveniently located, comfortable and the staff are very accommodating. The breakfast is a real treat! Would highly recommend and return if I am in Assisi in the future.

The owners of this property are wonderful! So kind and welcoming. The wife of the pair bakes all the breakfast goodies and they are excellent! They were helpful with places to see, a pocket map of the area and two restaurants where we had fantastic local cuisine. Our room was light and airy

Portica 10 is amazing!! The husband and wife who own this beautiful property are wonderful in every way. The little details they have put into every corner as well as into the breakfast are lovely. We truly enjoyed every minute we spent there and highly recommend that you stay here. It is in the heart of the oldest part of Assisi, centrally located to all of the important sites, but all of the amenities in Portica 10 are modern. I really cannot say enough great things about this property.

Everything about Portica10 was PERFECT! Carmine and his wife were wonderful, gracious hosts and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Sadly, we were only there for one night, and we’ve decided that we will definitely return for at least 4-5 days, and we’ll DEFINITELY book our stay at Portica10. The room was spacious and immaculately clean. Carmine and his wife purchased this home several years ago and, with the help of his wife’s father, renovated it into a modern, high tech, beautifully appointed B&B that eclipsed any we’ve ever experienced before. Breakfast was DELICIOUS and even included homemade (yes, homemade) pastries, cookies and jam along with a host of other offerings. There is even a rooftop terrace at Portico10 on which you can behold the day and nighttime beauty of the city. Perfection all around! If you are looking for a centrally located, amazing and memorable place to stay during your visit to Assisi, Portico10 is for you!!

A beautiful historic property in the center of town run by a caring and responsive family

Everything was perfect. Carmine and Leia are wonderful hosts . I cannot compliment them enough. This B&B was the nicest I have ever stayed in. The rooms were lovely, sound proof windows, very updated and fresh. Decor was tasteful and serene. Location is just about half way between Basilicas of Saint Clare and St. Francis. Parking is a bit difficult but Carmine helped us with that and getting our bags to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.
