The loud noise at night with police sirens and music so loud. couldn't sleep well at night times.

The staff is excellent. The location is phenomenal. Very good value for the cost.

Near the action, fun, food and drinks. Near Market, farmacies and shops. Easy to move around. money exchange at a block distance. Breakfast was a plus cocked at the moment and delicious. The lady making the breakfast was so sweet and amicable. It wasn’t a buffet style but had everything you want in a Colombian breakfast. It did my mornings more happy. Will definitely stay there again.

Location is good. Extremely noisy as there is a bar near by. The A/C emitted a pungent smell. There were bugs and ants in the room. The shade felt cheap and the chain to operate it broke on the first day of arrival.

The hotel is very convenient.

If staying in Poblado then you walk out of the door into the entertainment area immediately. The cost of this property was low and so I had no high expectations but it was clean. I was there eight nights. Check in was delayed. I was always told in ten minutes but that means something different here. Like an hour. There were no bath towels in the room. I was told in a moment that was the next day lol. The bed very uncomfortable and pillows were made out of plastic so during night the covers would slip off and be hot and sticky. Staff were friendly and pleasant and smiled but that didn’t mean you were going to get service anytime soon. It was what it was for the money but would not stay here next time.

It's a great hotel with friendly service and a convenient location. Nights can be a little noisy because of the proximity to Parque Lleras.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very tasty. Location-wise this is a very safe area of Medellin and was very walkable and had lots of dining options nearby. We had booked several tours which were in walking distance from the hotel. There are also several 24 hour dining options and stores nearby. We also were able to have our laundry done for a reasonable price and the hotel watched our baggage for us on our last day in Medellin. The rooms were clean and quiet.

Location

I had a great stay. It was in a safe area near all the clubs in provenza and parque lleras. It was clean and quiet with ac, jacuzzi and cable tv. Good breakfast and the people that work there were great. My only two little complaints are that I reserved a room with two beds and a jacuzzi and I only got one bed, and the safe was broken. I would stay there again.
