Prime location, several convenience stores & cafe nearby (subway, tim hortons, costa, etc.), the MRT stations is quite far but still walkable. Just had a bit of glitch upon check-in, the receptionist was not rude but wasn't friendly either. She forgot to return my passport but when I called back from the room, she sounded annoyed. She also forgot to send my luggage to my room, so I waited for about an hour, I needed to leave for dinner at the time. When I asked the receptionist on my way out and requested to just leave it in my room, the bell boy insisted to fetch it right then and there so I had to go back up to my room. But the rest of my stay was nice and the housekeeping team was very respectful & helpful.
