Tired property. Air con smelly. General grounds around the resort are dirty. Floors look like they need a good jet wash. Ate breakfast once during our stay as part of the ‘all inclusive’ ate out every other meal. Food was edible but nothing special. Felt a bit like being back in primary school with the standard and slop they serve.

This place was cringe worthy. While bugs are to be expected in tropical locations the only cockroaches I saw on my entire trip were at this hotel - one giant 6” cockroach in my room and multiple small cockroaches in their dining area. Surprising because I didn’t see another cockroach anywhere on the island or in the many locations I chose to dine. The bar area smelled like a college fraternity house - it was so bad I couldn’t stand long enough to even place an order. The entertainment was awful. I poked my head in to find a member of the crowd on stage being mocked and later underwear being flung around as a prop. I left in under 2 minutes. The hotel allows outside street vendors in their main lobby to hawk counterfeit hand bags and other fake items from luxury brands. Not only is that illegal in most parts of the EU it also tells you a lot about the motivation and quality of this hotel. Tables and counters were sticky to the touch. I felt afraid to touch anything in a public area because everyone else was drunk and using the hotels all inclusive access to drink their livers into oblivion. I suppose though if you were a college fraternity looking for free booze this place might fit your needs. While the hotel says there’s parking nearby it was often full and you had to walk 1/4-1/2 a mile with all your luggage. The recommended parking was a dirt patch with huge pot holes and a graveyard for abandoned vehicles with broken windows and windshields. Unsafe.

Nice hotel. If you want a sun lounger, be early and que for the lounger. When the hotel is full limited sun lounging facillities.

Hotel cleanliness was excellent. Pools not opening until 10am is not ideal in my opinion. Hotel staff are very attentive. Food is like most all inclusive, and gets a bit repetitive. The only really bad thing is the soft drinks, really are too sweet.

Hotel lovely and clean, staff very friendly and food was great. Soft drinks are not very nice and it was a pain having to wait until 10 am to get a sunbed.

Went earlier this year as a couple, food and drink good for AI and the hotel is kept very clean etc. Good value for its AI.

We only stayed for 1 night but couldn't find any fault. Should imagine that the pool area gets very busy as the pools are not very big. We had stayed at Playa Olid before, many years ago. And the improvements that have been made make this complex very desirable. Only bad point is that it's very close to TF1 and the bus stop outside can be noisy.

The property is in a quieter location but is still close to all the facilities in the area. The hotel is great value money for money,

Unfortunately there aren't a lot of drinks options available, no bottles of beer only local, no wide variety of spirits to choose from and the cocktails are made from spirits and flavoured slush.

we had a very enjoyable stay however we were self catering so didn't use AI facilities. I would recommend if the hotel could provide, tea towel, washing up liquid and dish scrubber/brush and a floor brush to those people that are self catering as these would be very simple but very useful additions.

Very pleasant short stay. Room was spacious and clean and tidy. Food was good and bar service was very quick. The property had two pools, one encircled by the property the other at the rear which caught the sun all day. Enjoyed our stay at would happily stay there again

The hotel was a good place to stay. Very decent entertainment and great stretching and aqua gym sessions! We had a good time there, couple of small points to improve on: Let guests know what the process for pool towels is. Food could be better quality, very repetitive too. Otherwise great time

Very clean hotel, lovely large room and comfortable beds. The food was all cooked very well and something for everyone. The wine not the best but the strawberry daiquiri at the quiet pool was very nice. The position is good as it’s near everything but still quiet enough at night. The Indian and Chinese restaurants just a few doors away are well worth a visit and The Pub has great atmosphere and entertainment. Would recommend this hotel as its a good 3 star and good value for money

Big spacious apartment clean. Lovely views from our hotel room. 2 pools. friendly staff. lots of selection on breakfast buffets got hot and cold. Comfy night definitely will be stopping again child friendly hotel xxx

This was a very clean hotel and the staff were lovely. There were enough loungers at the pool side. The food was really good with plenty of choice
