Good property the room was listed as a studio, this means a bed-sit with a sofa bed. I hasten to add that this was made and ready to sleep in. The man on reception was very helpful when we arrived and explained everything that was required.

The entrance is not very obvious and when we tried to check in reception was closed. The main door was locked and you needed a code to get in through it which we were not provided. Luckily we had friends staying as well who opened the main door so we were able to get to the reception but when calling the number to request for staff to come down noone picked up. We contacted expedia who found the same. Eventually someone turned up to check us in and after then it was fine but check in was a mess. The hotel should provide everyone with the code to enter the building the week before check in incase noone is at revption so at least you can get into the building and are not stuck outside in the cold! Room was small but the hotel id a convenient location.

Balcony door did not lock

This property does not offer the usual daily hotel cleaning services - the bed is not made daily, room trash is not removed daily, towels are not replaced daily, soaps/ shampoos are not replenished daily. However it is well situated with easy access to the city. Towels: For a room with 2 guests we were provided 2 large towels, 1 hand towel, and a bath mat. We were told fresh towels cost extra. Toiletries: one very small container of soap, and one small container of shampoo were provided. Additional soap/ shampoo can be purchased. Wifi: the TV was unable to connect to the hotel wifi. Our personal electronics had no issue connecting the wifi. View: most rooms seem to have a balcony. Ask for a room with a view over the marina, you'll have a great view of the sunrise. Deposit: there is a deposit to be paid upon check-in. It was refunded back within 12 hours of checkout. Bed: the bed in our 2-person room was the bed from a pullout couch. Location: it is well situated and you can easily walk to the various restaurants/ shops/ cafes/ old town etc. Breakfast/ lunch/ dinner: available for purchase but the menu is not worth the cost. It is cheaper to eat in the city. ATM: there is an ATM within walking distance of the hotel that does not charge a fee for withdrawals with a foreign card. Reception/ staff: the staff are polite, helpful, and speak english. Overall if you can manage your expectations it is a reasonable stay for the price.

Checked out in a hurry without a shower and without breakfast for my kids, as there was flooding in the building and had to carry our luggage and walk down the stairs for 6 floors! Staff didn’t even offer take away breakfast as it was available!!

We were very pleased with our stay. Cleanliness was exceptional and the communication with the staff was outstanding.

Amazing place

Fantastic place to stay. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time but they got us a coffee each. We got into our room. Lovely view and everything was fab. Little kitchen to make your own food. Kettle, fridge and dishwasher. Just needed to go shopping to get the essentials. Short walk to everything.

Nice clean property which is modern and well equipped.

Nice location. Smallish second bedroom for 2. Water pressure is horrible, with a tricle mostly. The pillows are terrible, had to buy our own. No one came to repair the water issue despite telling the receptionist. Cabinets in kitchen under sink dirty. Sofa seen better days. All in all good location and a quiet hotel which was nice.

We stayed as a family of 4 for a few days, the room was quite small but was clean tidy and organised. Well equipped for families. I think the walls could be painted and the TV channels could be improved as they were all in French. An enjoyable and comfortable stay otherwise and perfect location! Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet rooms too, no disturbances.

I am still waiting for my damage deposit to be returned. Perhaps I can give a better review then. We were not made aware of the deposit previous to showing up as well! Renter beware! Property next door was under construction as well.

Really good apartment, very well designed for a family and had good facilities

4 night stay in late February. We booked a 2 bed apartment( 1 double and small room with bunk beds). Had corner balcony overlooking the Liane river towards town. Heating worked a treat intact had to open windows to cool down. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful, resolved an issue with broken hair dryer swiftly. Booked parking for our stay in the underground car park belonging to Evancy. Checkout is usually 10.00 but we paid the extra to extend until 14.00. deposit taken on arrival was back in my account by the evening of our return home. Apartment is a15 min stroll into main shopping/ restaurant area. A longer steep uphill trek to the walled town ( approximately steady 30 mins.

Good accommodation Clean and overlooking the

Perfect location for parents with kids. Easy walking to city center. Plenty of parking near universitiy. Clean. Decent room size. Quiet Toilet is small and no air circulation. We stayed in August and we brought our own fan as it was hot in August. I would definitely come back if i have to visit again
