I've booked until the place is full and confused about finding another room even though I'm already tired. The room is dirty.

The toilet smells & doesn't work, expectation vs reality is different, the room is not like the one in the photo

The place is a good standard of lodging (not a hotel), the guards are friendly, the fan is rusty but it doesn't matter because it's not a hotel standard, the toilet needs to be renovated the most.

The most severe lodging of a lifetime, the first to come immediately greeted by snakes near the room. room condition is very bad, musty and humid. The floor mats of the carpet are worn out and rather dirty. The fan was rusty and there was only a bed + table and TV. strongly not recommended. If you don't believe it, please try it yourself.

The service is very good, the price fits right in the bag, very fitting because it is close to the beach👍👍

Not stay in here dirty, hot, the fan is quite big but the wind is small and dirty, sorry to stay here, there are no facilities, so the lost money of 700 thousand is forced to change hotels.

The place is clean, comfortable, quite spacious and near the beach. It's just that there are no toiletries and lots of mosquitoes.
