Many of the staff were rude and unhelpful. The property was somewhat outdated. The pool (only 1) closed daily at 6 pm. The food was not flavorful.

1) Please change to Sports Bar menu to remove "Wings" from the menu. This is a big deal with Americans and it is false advertisement. 2) please place handles on both sides of sliding door in room. 3) Other property in Jamacia will have bridges to connect the rooms to the main building. Everyone cannot climb stairs and even those who are able choose not to at times. Thank you.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The property needs updating and repairs. The first room we were assigned smelled like mold/mildew and had visible signs of mold/mildew in the bathroom. The staff moved us to a room that was in better condition. The food choices were average at best, and the fact that you have to make reservations for the a la carte dining made it inconvenient as the restaurants booked up pretty quickly. The hotel itself felt like a Carnival cruise with the food options and activities. The nightly entertainment was pretty good.

Very clean, very friendly staff. Spa was great. We spoke with Zavair before we left and he asked us a bunch of questions at the end of our stay and asked if there were any improvements that needed to be made.

Kimora the guest relations woman recommended us to see the real Jamaica and we are so glad we did, she put us with a very amazing driver named donmarcus, he was great and he showed us around and took us through real Jamaica, but that didn’t stop there with Kimora, she always greeted us as her “favorite honeymooners” made us really feel special, all though we weren’t able to eat at the restaurant she recommended we still had a great time other wise, those were the two people that really did make a difference in our trip, thank you grand palladium and those two for a great experience and great honeymoon, we loved every bit

I loved everything about the property. Only thing I strongly disliked was the access to activities. Majority of the activities including yoga and painting and most activities you see online require you to be a signature level guest. In my opinion, the company should make some type of leeway or even put in place a fee if you would like to participate. I was highly disappointed I wasn’t able to participate in yoga or the sip and paint. But other than that I enjoyed myself. Loved the sushi restaurant ❤️

The property is great for a family vacation, there is a lot to do. The pool is huge, they are area that they are refixing for kids. The food was good and there were a lot of different options. For me, I wanted to have more of the island flavors. One of the things that I did not like and it did not make sense to me is the dress code, especially for dinner; not sure the reason, but they do not allow men to enter the dining area with a sleeveless shirt. However, we sat across from two ladies who had on a bralette top for dinner.

Property is a beautiful place. What i didn’t like that they don’t treat guests the same if you have booked through Expedia . They don’t provide transportation from the airport.They treat like you are not there guests. They give you the room at the end of the property. No elevator in the building.My wife has knee pain she had to use stairs. The shuttle service hardly picks up the phone. They are very rude and have bad attitude.Waste off time waiting for shuttle.The dinning room staff was nice . The Indian food was not even close to India food.Poor room cleaning service. We enjoyed pool and beautiful flowers.

We have Little inconvenience Going to eat dinner after an excursion, Wife was wearing an bathing suit with cover on it , and I was holding a bag We were just tired and so hungry all I wanted is to eat something quick and go to my room and relax. They did not let us in because of the bag and wife not dressed (properly) For me she did not look like she was in a bathing suit .I get it , in my mind this is a hotel not a fancy restaurant where I have to be dressed properly every time I need to eat something they should have a a place where someone can go and eat with out worrying . That’s the No 1 Reason I travel, I I don’t remember going thru a situation at the other hotels I been tru They have several restaurant in there I suggest to have one where is less strict. Or post better sign about dress code

5 Stars I had a wonderful experience booking through Expedia! They consistently reached out to check on me during my vacation, which made me feel really supported. Staying at the Grand Palladium was amazing — the resort was beautiful, very convenient, and the staff was fantastic. Traveling with American Airlines was smooth and comfortable. The only downside was my return trip with Spirit Airlines, where we ended up waiting on the plane for an hour due to a pilot delay, and no refreshments were offered during the wait. Other than that, everything else went great, and I truly appreciated Expedia’s excellent customer service throughout the trip. I will definitely be booking with them again!
