This place shouldn’t even be operating . I honestly feel like I hit cat fished from the photos I saw online . The outside of the property is dated and atrocious . Sone effort towards renovation in the some of the rooms were made. What made my experience here at this property complete HELL was that terrible demon of an old hag that needs to retire and stop torturing guest.

Location the best

Good location & outdoor facilities. Otherwise tired & needs updating like the lobby.

The location is perfect the hotel is horrible though. They had to change my room 3 times because I kept getting non stop brown water coming out of the sink and tube in the bathroom. I paid 2 grand to stay here for a week and there was no breakfast included the other hotels in the area there wasn’t any microwave in the rooms to heat up food you had buy outside and bring back my overall experience was horrible and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to enemy!

Staff was very friendly and room was nice. I loud music at night bothers you maybe not at place for your stay. Didn't bother us.

The place would be great if there was some tender love given to the place. Need activities like fitness center, possible spa etc. big place a lot of possibilities but no attractions in the hotel to enjoy. Need mad upgrade a better refrigerator that was cold and in room amenities, like soap and shower products instead of packs of nothing that you can use. Also chest drawers would be nice to put clothes in instead of living out of suitcase every day.

Did not have a microwave which I dislike but iverall was ok.

Safe did not work, stains on floors and walls. Orange colored water in bathroom faucet.

Our go to stop when we land in St. Thomas from LA. We stay just a day or 2 before heading to St. John but it is clean and convenient and close to shopping! I recommend getting ocean view 💯

Upon arriving, lobby bathrooms were out of order. Room toilet had to be repaired immediately upon checking in. One of the two elevators worked. Ceiling leaked around elevator on 2nd floor. Towels on floor by elevator to soak up water. Drab, uninviting lobby and hotel overall. Very unimpressive building that needs facelift. Eerie, not well lit walking in corridors at night. In desperate need of modernizing and remodeling. Pictures online do not accurately represent the negative condition of hotel. Should be removed from your repertoire of hotels you represent. Most agents are not welcoming. I'm sure it may have been grand in its day. Total renovation needed.

Some of the staff weren't friendly at all. Last year I stayed there and the staff was much more pleasant. It would be nice if they would have contenential breakfast and would be able to get coffe every day not just a couple of days. There is a security guard there that works in the morning, he is the most friendly and courteous . I apologize for forgetting his name.

Property is an old building in the heart of the city. Food is in walking distance. AC didnt work well in our room. Biggest issue they take the towels about 10am and have forgotten to put fresh towels in the rooms. 2 days in a row I had to call about getting ready to take a shower and NO Towels

The front desk staff checking in and out were very friendly. When we entered our room, it smelled like mold. The sheets were damp on both beds. There was hair from a previous guest in our bathtub and sink. It was evident that the bathrooms were not cleaned. I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of cleanliness.
