From the moment we checked in until we departed we enjoyed every moment at The Reefs! It is a gorgeous property with wonderful, kind staff, amazing views and delicious meals. It location on a beautiful beach and has a bus stop across the street, taxis ready to take you anywhere and scooter or twizzies to rent across the street as well. Only home a day and already missing Beautiful Bermuda and the lovely Reefs!

Wonderful stay at Reefs resorts. They staff was absolutely wonderful, welcoming and attentive. Speaks volumes that they treated us like family. We also met the owners who were so kind and happy to help! I really think this is a hidden gem! A small family run resort dedicated to its customers not some share holders. My wife and i will be back, hopefully soon!

We had a really lovely relaxing stay, the staff were all super friendly and professional and the food and drinks delicious. There was some construction of a new deck during our stay very close to our room which was really noisy and dusty and the hotel were sympathetic and moved us to a quieter room away from the noise. The beach is beautiful, perfect for a relaxing stay.

The Reefs were great, no need to go anywhere. Beach was great, always a chair/umbrella available and snorkeling was fun. Great dining options and Henry VIII walkable for limited groceries. Bus transportation was easy and convenient. Everyone we met was super nice. We will be back!

First visit to Bermuda and I will never stay anywhere else. The property is gorgeous. We ended up not going to other local tourist spots like horseshoe Bay and church Bay because the Reefs private beach is just as if not more beautiful AND they provide snorkeling equipment, paddle boards and kayaks. Every room looks onto the beach.The friendly staff set up all the beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. AND they deliver food and beverages to your chair!The food is great; we were fortunate to experience both the beach BBQ and Sunday brunch. Excellent! Two unique restaurants-Coconuts is an open air restaurant and Solaris is a little more sophisticated. The outdoor terrace was just opening when we were leaving and that looks like it will be amazing. There are bus stops in front of the property, and the front desk helped us with getting bus passes and telling us how to use the bus system so we were able to explore the entire island using the bus system and the ferries. All of the staff is so friendly and helpful. Oh and there’s a spa! Couldn’t get in; next time I’ll book ahead. One thing to be aware of is gift shop only had clothing and souvenirs; front desk did provide a few toiletries, but no snacks or drinks (we discovered a soda machine on last day). There is an ample fridge so you could go to a local mart if desired. One minor issue-getting a drink at the Coconuts bar was difficult even when the only ones there and asked. Friends had same issue. Can’t wait to go back!

So beautiful and peaceful

The Reefs was absolutely fabulous. The staff was amazing in every way and the owner stopped to speak with us several times. They provided a seamless experience with a private beach, sports equipment, afternoon tea and helpful, friendly staff. Even going to Hamilton was easy as the number 7 bus stops right across the street. It was a pleasure to stay and a hardship to leave. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Amazing resort. From start to finish, I can not recommend enough. Secluded location but an easy transport anywhere. Bus stop literally at the entrance of the resort. Great staff. The 4 star rating is strictly because they are wrapping up their renovation still which took away a little bit, but that should be completed within the month I would assume. We will absolutely be back to The Reefs. No interest in trying anywhere else!

The beach was gorgeous. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The food was delicious! Wish there was another area to go to have a drink on the premises as there are only 2 restaurants which do have bars. Some sidewalks to walk along the road would have been nice also.

Bermuda never disappoints. We love it there.

Beautiful as always.

We just returned from staying four nights at The Reefs. We cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff was. We received excellent service everywhere we went. People spoke to us, smiled at us. asked us if we needed anything and many times called us by name. The beach is beautiful. There are chairs, towels, little tables and umbrellas. They will even take your order for lunch or drinks and bring it to you at the beach. There are two nice restaurants and they are finishing construction on a third. The food was very good. There is a beautiful lounge at the Solaris restaurant where there was live music three nights of our stay. These next things were not drawbacks for us, but the only thing to be said is that the resort is not walkable to anywhere else… although there is a bus stop right out front and the buses are easy to use and there are an awful lot of stairs if that would be an issue for anyone. We will absolutely go back to The Reefs again!

The property is super clean and the staff is so friendly. It’s such a beautiful location with gorgeous views of the reefs and ocean. The private beach is amazing.

Absolutely gorgeous!

First time in Bermuda and I think I spoiled all further visits for myself. I can’t imagine a better place to stay on the island and will be going back to The Reefs next time for sure.
