The perfect hotel in the city.

The hotel is ok but of course not a 5*, clean but the room had a smell , maybe because of a bad ventilation, the service also not great. The personal is polite and trying to help but they are not professional

It is my second time in this hotel. Definitely I will come back. Very posh and comfortable. All staff are professional and friendly. Highly recommended

Great location , comfortable large room ( junior suit) , delicious breakfast, friendly staff, all services ( massage spa , hair /nail salon, transportation) are available within the facility .. definitely will come back !

In a city not overflowing with frills, this hotel felt like the potentially best place to call home. The service was terrific, and the restaurant is possibly the best in town (confirmed by a tour guide we hired). It’s an older, elegant vibe, but it’s great!

Great location and service

We love this hotel: perfect location in the city center, friendly staff, delicious food in the restaurant, pretty quite and perfectly clean room. Besides that, the room has all accessories ( sleepers, tooth brash, bathrobe, etc) that makes your stay very enjoyable. I really recommend this beautiful hotel!

It was immaculate, modern, with efficient staff, and a high class restaurant.

The title says it all, it is probably the best hotel in Moldova. The hotel decor is very classic (aka "outdated") but it's been kept very well. Comfortable beds, well known international brand toiletries, satellite tv with plenty of channels to choose, powerful but quiet A/C, (slightly over) serviced breakfast, very friendly staff, and excellent location of course... However, despite the low occupancy of the hotel (one can clearly tell during breakfast), as a gold hotels.com member, the room upgrade was never mentioned or offered.
