Lovely place to have a vacation

I came with my mum who had dietary restrctions Yhey were able to supply a variety of food options which made it easy tor my mum to find what she could eat

Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived to when we left!

dining places were available if you know to reserve in advance if not, like us , not knowing to do so, it was very limited but still very good, just not the specialty places. the option of private dinner on the beach was spectacular and very romantic, wowed my special friend

It was a nice stay, however i did not like how the resort was closed at 630 no partys at night or events after 9

Great food, drinks included and great service. Spa treatments great! Only bad thing was elevator was broken and we were on 5th floor. Lots of good steps .

Property was clean, very low key, restaurant staff were friendly but most other staff especially the reception check in desk horrible. Entertainment low - the place seemed dead. I will not be back or recommend anyone to stay at this property.

We had several issues wish our room. It took far too many requests to get items fixed. Most staff were nice but a little pushy with their Privilege Club they want you to listen to during an hour and a half presentation.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The buffet food was delicious along with the restaurant food. Everyone was very friendly and we felt safe and relaxed the entire time. We would definitely come back to this resort

I like the property I would give them a four star because of the pool closing hours 6 o’clock. It’s too early to close the pool the staff at the property excellent friendly, always waiting to help the cleaning the food was excellent they need to spray once a month for bugs. I found a few cockroaches in my bathroom. The bartender are very friendly and they need to put more activity in the luxury side, lack of activity and the luxury side.

Ambiance and staffs were lovely. More buffet style dining would be great especially for evening meals would be better.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Bahia Principe Luxury. From the moment we arrived, the staffs service was very welcoming. Andale was our welcome guide and gave us a great mini tour as she directed us to our room. She continued to assist us and greet us throughout our stay! Sam brought our bags to the room and had such great energy! Crazy legs will bring you the vibes and entertainment. Carlyle the pool bartender not only makes fantastic drinks but also has great energy! We met so many of the staff throughout our stay and they were just truly amazing. The cleanliness throughout the entire resort was 5 stars. The various food options throughout the day helps break up repetitive eating, especially all of the dinner dining options. We felt safe during our entire stay, with no incidents to report. Bahia we will be returning, thank you for a great vacation!

The people were amazing! Shout out to Rambo the lifeguard who helped make my birthday wonderful.

Didn’t appreciate being followed around in the gift shop , or the salesmen “forgetting” about my 2$ change . Rest of the staff were incredible.
