Everything was wonderful. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and kind. The spa was great. The massage was amazing and it was a great start to my Madagascar adventure.

The staff was helpful. The property does not feel like a city hotel - the gardening is very pleasant and it is quiet, except for the construction going on. There is a good souvenir shop across the street. The food in the restaurant was mixed. Some was good, but the vegetarian options were almost inedible.

Lovely room with large shower and double sinks!! Breakfast was plentiful and great to have to free transfer back to the airport!

The hotel's gym is very limited. A gym down the street has all equipment needed for a good work out.

Property is very nice, in an urban area. Typical busy Malagasy street. Good restaurant at facility but also Pause Cafe is just down the street. I can recommend both. Spa is very nice with excellent massage.

Not many good choices in Antananarivo that are safe, secure, and clean. Relais des Plateaux is a good choice!
