Nice staff, but the room lacks essentials, I.e., only one set of towels for two of us

I travel internationally ,and whenever I am in Eldoret, I like to stay at the Boma. It’s moderately priced but the staff is top notch. They are friendly and helpful. The restaurant features great breakfast and dinner buffets and there’s usually a grill-out one evening during the week. The wait staff is excellent and accommodating.

Best hotel rooms in the arean. Great menu selection of food. Chef can cayer for people with food allergies.

There did not seem to be air conditioning. Not all bulbs were in working order.

This place should give up and close down. No internet, no electricity, no hot water, no AC. Why are you still open?

Very nice staff, excellent service. Very nice stay, will be back and use their conference center again for our annual medical conference

The ambience in the room was great.

The first night I was given a double bed instead of single, so I had to merge the beds into one which was too much work
