This resort treats its guests like suckers. Dangerous, hard balls are floating everywhere in the pool, and adults are throwing them around wherever they want, even in areas with many children, without any staff intervention. If you get hit by a ball, they just send you to the hospital with their insurance, and you're told to pay for your own medication. The room condition is the worst, and cleaning is so shoddy that there's still trash on the floor even after it's supposedly cleaned. The new towels they brought had bloodstains on them. I was horrified to see clumps of hair on the floor as soon as I entered the room. The food was tasteless, and the dishes were dirty. This is the worst resort that treats its guests like suckers. I never want to go back.

Amazing place to bring your kids for fun adventurous activities.

I love all the amenities in this place, the swimming pools, the slides, the putt putt golf, archery, kayaking, the botanical garden. Even had the chance to watch the circus show at 730pm. My husband and I stayed for 3days and 2 nights and tried all of those things. I highly recommend this place for people with kids, they will definitely have fun! There’s also a restaurant that’s called Sunset BBQ that you can make a reservation and grill some food while watching the sunset (we didnt have a chance to try that, but if we come back, we’ll definitely try it) the rooms are just okay, nothing special. But we did stay on the standard room in Oceana A, can’t say the same about the other part of PIC.

This is a very family oriented hotel which is phenomenal for all ages.

Great location and nice clean room. Front dest receptionists were very friendly and informative. Beds are pretty small, however. Isnt convenient for larger couples sharing a bed.

Love the beach activities, circus, and swimming pools. Hopefully bathroom could remodel(at least the shower).

Beautiful view. No early check in allowed and rooms not available at 3 which is the allowed check in time. Other than, hotel is outdated and old. Water park and pool area is nice.

I know i booked and requested joining rooms. But it couldn't have been the only joining rooms. The rooms was for my Kids, myself and husband. It was ridiculously so far, literally the last rooms(0421-0422). Hallway didnt split it was just one hallway.

Gold pass plan is worth to get.

great place , friendly staff, nice beach, many acivities

너무 낡은시설과 액티비티 할때 지겨워하는 직원들이 있어 다소 불쾌할때도 있었지만 여전히 아이들의 영원한 천국 PIC, 방 컨디션도 낡고 침대도 낡았지만 수영장에서 종일 노느라 다들 잘자고 잘먹고 좋았습니다.

My kids got stomach flu after they had a hotdog at the pool bar.

Club mates are amazingly friendly. My 2 boys, 8 & 5 yo fully enjoyed PIC and kids club. It is the old resort but it didnt bother us. Food was okay too.

Great pool for kids but old and foods are not recommended.
