Checked in amazing 5* got upgrade at check in for the lady who always amazing as it was my wife’s birthday. Breakfast was the best amazing and so many options.kids loved the water park and view was so nice

I like the staff, especially Amanjeet and Mustafa from the reception. They are very helpful and make things easier and more smoothly. The area is very good; there are many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom. I will definitely stay again. جلست في الفندق ليلة، رائع، ومصطفى وأمانجيت من الاستقبال كانوا متعاونين جدا. تحيط بالفندق الكثير من المقاهي والمطاعم، فمكانه رائع. الشيء الوحيد الذي لم يعجبني هو حمام الغرفة. ولكن مع ذلك، يستحق الفندق أن أسكن فيه من جديد.

Excellent

Excellent hotel. Staff were great, clean and overall very nice. Only issue was that the rooms are not sound proofed. Could hear the next door couple and their intimate talks and more during the night.

Always an amazing experience at Radisson Blue. Happy to recommend.

Excellent location

Food is not good, staff is slammed always

Stay started with a low key welcome at check in. Allergy arrangements that had been requested on booking where lost. However when I complained I got a phone call from the Manager Mr. Salim who was very helpful. He helped us move rooms and this made up for the earlier mistake. Mr Salim's willingness to call and help us made the stay much better. This showed an open ear to guest and a readiness to act on their feedback.

Very smart hotel, right on the beach. Lovely spacious rooms, excellent choice of food and beautiful pool and spa area. Service was slightly haphazard, especially in the restaurants, which seemed understaffed. Full marks to the chef in the Thai restaurant though - he coped magnificently entirely on his own and served up some very tasty and authentic Thai dishes.

للاسف هذه المره الفندق لم يترقى للمستوى المطلوب الواي فاي متعب جدا ويفصل في كل مره لازم تدخل رقم الغرفه... البزنس لاونج مغلق وتقدر تطلب من اللوبي لأكن الموظفه جديدة والطلبات تتاخر كثير

Overloaded staff and so give false promises. Very cooperative but can’t cope with busy bookings and customers demands and expectations. Waited 3hrs for check in ( note that we offered while waiting to stay in business lounge where seats were covered with stains and some of its cloths are teared off), and 2hrs to get our luggage’s down and still we did it ourselves. Breakfast has no guidance and lack of management skills. Food is fair.

Felt extremely welcome and looked after. Buffet food was great. Bar and shisha bar were excellent.

Nice place to stay. Great outdoor pools to enjoy swimming, reading, taking a rest with family. Staffs are very kind and helpful. All are very good. One thing to note that there is a beach access but there is a safety issue as many local people drive by 4x4 vehicles there. I think it is out of hotel’s control.
