The food was good

I had a great experience in all services received in the hotel: reception, breakfast, gym and a superb bufett at lunch time. Super recommended.

Stayed here for 8 nights and the experience was very positive. The staff are helpful and gracious especially for a long stay like ourselves. The breakfast is hearty, don't forget you can get eggs to order! The rom is a good size for 2 people sharing. Location you can walk to multiple coffee shops and cafes, and is quiet. Hotel is great to provide access to local drivers/taxis and I recommend getting the number of a few drivers so that you can be picked up or other activities.

Excellent modern hotel with all necessary services and facilities. Amazing staff who attended to all my requests with courtesy and efficiency. Five star customer service! Great outdoors swimming pool area where one can relax after a busy travel or business day. Highly recommend.

Good staff

Very strong perfume cleaning products. Staff at room service and restaurant not great - they don,t listen and bring the wrong things all the time.

Nice hotel, but the restaurant is too expensive. I was charged $30.00 when i had a guest for less than 1 hour, which i think it is not fare.

Nice place to stay

This is a nice, comfortable place, conveniently located in Kigali. It has an excellent breakfast and a very nice gym and pool. Great price too. Highly recommended.

This is a great hotel to stay at when visiting Kigali. The area is safe and quiet, the breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff were super helpful. They let us leave some luggage at the hotel for a week while we were touring around the country. The exercise facilities were also top notch.

The staff was so nice. We enjoyed the food alot. Very pleasant and affordale
