Fantastic service from incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. Nothing was too much trouble!

Absolutely fantastic stay at the Maritim Mauritius! Superb facilities, immaculately clean and sublime food. All delivered by wonderful staff. This 5* hotel certainly lived up to expectations.

Wonderful staff, lovely rooms, stunning beach and pool. Paradise setting. Extensive buffet and choice of restaurants, but make sure you book tables for your stay, as soon as you arrive.

It was a horrible stay. We took all inclusive package but nothing was as directed by hotels.con description. Even the water was charged leave apart the drinks. The food was served cold. Zero service. Very limited good to eat.

Wouldn’t recommend. This hotel has an awful lot of rules which quickly became an irritant for us. They open up to a lot of “day visitors” which spoils things for the staying guests; the pool becomes incredibly busy, particularly at weekends when it is descended upon by a lot of families with young children and groups of teenagers. The main diner also turns into a chaotic free-for-all. The dining “experience” was a particular let down. Flies all over the food, terrible service from staff, you have to find for your own table otherwise you’ll never eat, we had to set our own table by hunting down clean cutlery and glasses and had no alternative but to drink water that we had in our bags from the minibar. Only one small toilet services two large restaurants, an entire pool area and a large pool bar which means it regularly turns into a disgusting crime scene. Biggest gripe has to be the staff - unprofessional and poorly trained. The waiting stuff were particularly bad and on the occasions that we actually did get waited on they would be rude and incompetent. Avoid!

our 10 day trip was fantastic. the staff from the time we arrived until when we left. were brilliant. there was nothing to hard, our questions were answerd and our requests delivered

Had missed flight from London and the hotel refused in every way to get the booking amended. Have even said i was interested in staying longer but nothing...

Staff very friendly and helpful, very testy food , location amaizing , Buț need Little bit of improvement on rooms, to much dust every where....

If you’re coming to Mauritius, then you MUST choose Maritim Resort & Spa!! Very nice and friendly staff, very clean resort, a lot of activities and things to do inside the resort that you dont even need to go out. The food is nice, but I personally didn’t find a lot of food options (room service). Also the resort location makes it a perfect destination during the winter as well. We came on a Honeymoon, and its also perfect for families. We had a wonderful experience and we’re surely coming back!

Beautiful hotel with a perfect beach. I loved the marine sports that were available for the guests. However, the food absolutely appalling. Every single dish that we ordered at the hotel was either terrible or very small for the price. The food was also outdated and not fresh. You can taste the cereal was damp and the soy and milk was old.

The view is splendide, it’s a big hotel with a lot activities which you can pick and choose from, the location is ideal, the restaurants offer a variety of food choice

like-location dislike- scale of charges for rooms - basic room without meals ok, rooms with breakfast an additional 40 euros per head - 40 euros per head is outrages, evening meals in some cases equal to the cost of the basic room day rate, quite a rip off.

Excellent resort, great beach and great service. Check-in was a little slow and confused but that did not impact our overall enjoyment.

Excellent facilities and upkeep. Too much to do in the resort. Turtles, horses, beaches, skying, boat rides, water falls, fine dining, you name it and they have it.

just amazing from the location, food, staff, comfort. No complaint whatsoever. I sould definitely recommend this hotel

Spacious hotel with lots of water sports activities. I stayed 7 nights at the hotel and here is what I liked: big pool, big beach access with sun beds, big green space! nice spa and cool water activities What I didn’t like: the breakfast never changed throughout the visit, the receptionists weren’t so friendly, the service was average. You could wait forever at the table or on the sunbed and manybe no one would show up. The night life was bad. Same band, the room cleanliness wasn’t good.

Very nice resort, delicious food in the buffet, very clean and fun watersports included. Staff are very nice and helpful, make our stay amazing, thank you!
