Amazing place to stay in

It’s perfectly located easy access to beach in a shuttle. Could do more frequent shuttles in a busy season though. Culinary experience is amazing. Gold lounge staff is superb and very caring and friendly George Molly and Pasqual

The hotel, staff and location are great! It is just on the older side and may need some updates

Exellent location except beach not walking distance. Our suite was fantastic. Staff responsiveness was not consistent. Concierge workflow should be condsidered for some improvement

I’ve stayed at Hamilton Princess many times. The property is clean and the staff is polite and attentive. Location is close to shopping and transportation. Love this hotel!

Amazing

We had fantastic accommodations at The Hamilton Princess. Everything was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and proper taking care of our every need. The Gold Lounge service was impressive and a main reason why we will be coming back. George took care of us like we were family staying at his house. From breakfast to tea time to hors d'oeuvre to wine tasting ending with desserts! Our room was #68 where the balcony opened up to the harborside terrace where we spent most of our time basking in the sun rays with a short walk to the infinity pool. The Intrepid restaurant was so good we came back for a 2nd night to have drinks and dessert after eating at the harborside that night. The hotel artwork scattered throughout made each walk pleasant. Hotel doorman & the fromt deak staff were extremely helpful coordinating our taxi service ensuring we were taking care of. The Hamilton Princess beach access was such an unique experience. Overall a 10/10 experience so much that we are planning are coming back later this summer, and of course staying at the Hamilton Princess! When u are there u know you are in Bermuda!

The staff was absolutely fantastic. Everyone had a smile and wished us a good day. Gold level was worth every penny. Breakfasts, tea and afternoon drinks and nibbles were superb!

I traveled to Bermuda with my mom and sister. Our stay at the Hamilton Princess was exceptional. I booked a Fairmont Gold room, and did not fully understand all of the amenities that came with it. The service from the beginning of our stay until the end was impeccable. We felt like family members. A huge shout out to Rolly, Pascual, Peter and George. They went out of their way to make our stay so very memorable. The food was delicious, and the variety was a delight. The hotel and the grounds were beautiful. I highly recommend the Hamilton Princess and the Fairmont Gold package. You will not be disappointed!!!

Simply the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in a lot of hotels. Not many hotels have original Picasso, Banksy and Worhal works in the lobby and the art tour doesn't end there

Love to stay at Princess Hamilton, love location, food, beach club option, very continent stay for us at this time of the year.

Service was exceptional!

Staff top-notch, food and dining options are average and unimaginative. Food at Gold was repetitive and a real disappointment. The property seems to dislike Expedia bookings! Although a rewards member no points awarded for stay (somewhat understandable); however, also did not reward for all purchases at the resort.

Loved our time at the Hamilton Princess. The staff is amazing and the service exceeded our expectations. Our room was beautiful and very large. The Gold package is totally worth the extra money.
