Property was clean and extremely beautiful. Food was extremely expensive but good . My tub definitely needed some up grades . Overall stay was great and room was nice. I would definitely come back

Staff can be a little friendlier. I went to the cafe every morning for coffee. Everyone seem so mad. On one smiled. They were not very pleasant.

A lovely resort. Nice and quiet with great staff and beautiful views.

The restaurants were excellent, the staff very friendly, and the pools were beautiful.

The property is not far from the airport. The customer service was extraordinary ( the lady at the towel stand at the pool was phenomenal) there are so many dining options

The rooms are in terrible condition. I was charged $174 to get the room I booked and my friend was not-same room. The pool was just ok-no separate area for kids vs adults. Minerva was amazing. Steakhouse was solid for our last night there. I brought 15 people and just wouldn’t have chosen a resort with these issues or in this condition for a group trip. The shuttle drivers were fighting amongst themselves and there are no bell hops. Also the elevator went down several times during our stay.

We had a blast staying here! Staff were so nice! Very clean property, rooms were cleaned every day. View was amazing. Many many places to eat nearby that were walking distance. Will be rebooking at the villas again next year. Many things to do near by too.

Very nice, views incredible, people friendly, boaf tour awesome, bar on beach is way too noisy you hear it in hotel room at night. Road needs ro be fixed.

This was my first trip to Sint Maarten. The resort was perfect, we stayed in the villas overlooking the ocean. The resort has an amazing choices of restaurants all within walking distance, right on the resort. A grocery store is on resort and a bigger one a 5 minute walk. Other restaurants are also within walking distance. Lots of chairs at the pool and on the beach. I highly recommend this resort.

I love the location of the property. It was very convenient to walk around to other areas I love the resort style.. they have many daily activities and tours. The restaurants onsite were amazing

This is our 4th time staying here, we love the accommodations, the staff are so friendly, especially the beach bar. The location is ideal, whether walking or by car. There are so many restaurants locally.

Room and weather

Overall great property. Location perfect. Walking distance to many local restaurants and stores. Taxi service from hotel was wonderful. Recommend Ramone (taxi driver). Took us places and shared his number. Always came back for us as soon as we were ready. So friendly.

Omgosh this my 3rd year staying at this hotel! I love that it’s walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and night clubs! All in one!

This was trip with my sister and we enjoyed every minute of it! I loved sitting on the balcony having the view of the ocean and we were close enough to watch the planes take off. The resort was so peaceful we could get to enjoy some quiet time and we were able to walk to restaurants. Definitely would recommend and revisit
