In my experience, Red Doorz Hotel Sartika still needs to improve a lot to improve the comfort of the hotel. Here are some things that I observed that need improvement;
1. Cleanliness; rooms and toilets
Dirty sheets, don't use them anymore, don't put stained sheets, the mat must be changed every time a guest changes so it doesn't get wet and smelly. The bathroom must be scrubbed before guests come. Sorry, it's disgusting to sit on the toilet. Use Vixal to scrub it. Wipe the toilet glass. The toilet is the worst. Give it a room freshener, sweep and mop it.
2. AC performance, the AC must be fixed or washed so it's cold. This can't be felt.
3. Toiletry equipment; small toothpaste the size of eyelash glue, toothbrush, towel, soap. These are not there. Luckily I brought my own.
4. The toilet roof is leaking. On the second day of my stay I just realized that there was a hole in the bathroom. I was afraid that someone would peek at me while taking a shower because there happened to be a construction worker fixing something there.
5. Service
When I checked in, there was no staff to help carry my suitcase and show me where my room was. Well, this can be fixed. The frontliner who was on duty on June 13, 2025 afternoon was rude. The ladies with their hair in buns and their faces are sorry. Maybe their attitudes can be improved.
I see this hotel has potential because it has many visitors. Please don't disappoint us who have trusted us to book a hotel here. Hopefully it can be better in the future. Thanks.
