When my family checked in, they encountered a loud, continuous noise from the repair work in the room above. Initially, the hotel CONFIRMED that there was no repair work. When the noise was too loud and prolonged, I went directly to the upper floor and complained. Only then did the hotel confirm that the room above was under construction. The staff apologized and said it had been resolved, but in reality, it continued for another 1-2 hours, making it impossible for my family to rest comfortably. What I am not satisfied with is that the hotel has not controlled the repair work well, the initial response is still inaccurate, and the solution is not thorough. This experience affected my family's vacation. I hope the hotel will improve to ensure more quiet and professionalism for customers.

My 1-night stay was wonderful. The room was clean, the sea view was great, the interior was luxurious. The hotel staff, Kieu Anh, took good care of the customers, from check-in to check-out, she texted me. I had a good impression of the staff here. From the receptionists, bellmen, and restaurant staff, they were all very cheerful and polite. The breakfast was also diverse, from Asian to European food, I found the taste quite suitable, my husband liked the stir-fried vermicelli dish more. If I have the opportunity to return to DN, I will definitely continue to stay at Maximilan 🥰

The room smells musty, the towels are old. The location is nice, right next to the beach.

Hotel location is so strategical. Right in front of beach bars and my khe beach. We chose the beachfront view and the view is majestic. Staff is very helpful (especially ms Kieu Anh). Bedroom is spacious. Breakfast is okay.

This time we went to Da Nang, we rented a 6-day, 5-night room with a sea view and when we checked in, we were really wowed because the view was so beautiful, the hotel was clean, very fragrant, especially the staff was extremely attentive, we were taken care of very enthusiastically by Kieu Anh, we texted her for anything and she replied very quickly and supported us. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was also diverse and to our taste. The hotel also proactively prepared a car to take us to the airport, so this trip we were very happy because the weather in Da Nang was super nice, just lying in the room watching the sea was enough.

Great experience, full service and amenities. This time I only had 1 day and 2 nights in Da Nang so I chose this hotel, very suitable. The staff was enthusiastic, especially thank you Ms. Kieu Anh for supporting me from the first day I arrived in Da Nang until now. If I go to Da Nang again, I will choose this hotel to stay again.
