Fabulous property. Very cosy rooms. Friendly staff and very welcoming. Great breakfast in the morning and free tea and coffee all day in the warm and cosy atrium. We’ll be back for sure!

Great place to stay!

Excellent place to stay in Longyearbyen. Nice property and staff. Within walking distance of all the major spots in the "downtown" area.

The room is bit small, however the matress is too soft for us.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at Svalbard Hotell - Polfareren. The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made it memorable. I especially loved the practice of taking shoes off inside—it really added to the comfort and cleanliness of the space. Highly recommend for a unique and relaxing stay!

Great hotel, clean and easy walk to all areas of town. Tourist Information Centre across the road. We’ll be back.

Stayed three nights. Everything worked. Had a room facing the back - quiet. Cozy (small) lobby sitting area, coffee/tea available all day. The breakfast was delicious and a very wide variety.

Nice location nice staff City unkept, but then you are near the North Pole

Das Hotel war zentral gelegen. Unterkunft sauber und ruhig. Das Personal an der Rezeption war eher distanziert und nüchtern.

The hotel is at the central. There is a bus coming and taking people to the hotel and back to airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurants and shops are near.

Great hotel located in the center of town. Rooms are spacious but the hotel lacks ample seating for guests since they close the restaurant in between breakfast and dinner.

Amazing trip, great hotel location with really friendly helpful staff. No safe in our room.
