Excellent treatment from Front Desk staff! specially Mr. Ariel, Ms.Karem and Ms. Echeverria. Everyone there knows what it is hospitality and they made every effort to make you feel secure, confortable and safe.

Customer service of a 5 star hotel , the only issue is that . The hotel is a bit old and some of the rooms area a bit outdated but clean, good price compared to hotels near by .

I did not check in because there was no parking at the hotel like it is advertised. They said parking was 3 blocks away and was a very chaotic environment. Requesting a rwfund.

Breakfast excellent. Except humitas and encebollado. Was regular.
