Front Desk told me that they were sold out and it was overbooked and they never gave me the room and then they charge me and they said that the front desk was actually not informed and even though I had to pay for another hotel and stay somewhere else they still try to keep my money and they don’t admit their issue

The staff is amazing and the breakfast chef prepares such a wonderful spread and amazing omelettes. The hill to get there is a bit at the end of a long day- but the rooms are so beautiful and the photography for art is great. Nice how close it is the sulfur baths too.

Superb location in a narrow street that leads to the fortress. Close to restaurants, baths, and public transportation. Very comfortable and quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast with lots of delicious local dishes. Very friendly staff who accommodated us for a late check out. Highly recommend.

There was no parking even though the reservation clearly says there is. So I had to walk up the hill just to get them to open the gate so I could bring my luggage in. No one helped with my bags so I had to take my 50lb bag up 3 floors of stairs. Terrible.

The staff were amazing! They treated us so well. They put breakfast on an hour earlier then scheduled as we had an early train to catch and even provided us the shuttle. It’s a great location with a beautiful view.

The Kisi Boutique Hotel is wonderful historic property in the heart of old Tbilisi that seamlessly blends the historic and modern. The service was excellent.

Great hotel in the heart of old town Tbilisi. Short walk to the sulfur baths. The room was comfortable - only real complaint was that the shower door didn't seal well, so we had a bit of water on the floor each time after showering. A nice balcony to sit out on in the evenings (or mornings). They picked us up from the airport and gave us some chacha when we checked in (at 7am!). The gate keeps the road quiet. The hill up is steep, but doable - though it would be good to be picked up and dropped off when you have your luggage! We enjoyed our stay.

Really comfy, friendly staff, bit of a walk up a hill might not suit the infirm.
