This was a family trip that was amazing. Everyone has a great time. Resort was amazing!!!! Would recommend it with out hesitation!!!!

We loved everything about this property!!!

The resort had everything we needed and more. The staff is fun, friendly, kind and very attentive to any needs. The food was amazing and many choices for every meal and snacks. We had a group of six friends we all had a great time.

It was a great place to get away. Very relaxing and staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Just returned from a long overdo girls trip, 6 of us. We all had such a fantastic time. Beautiful resort, spacious/never felt crowded. Bars/pool area wonderful inc the lazy river & waterslides. Do try the frozen dirty banana and spicy strawberry margaritas...yummy! Staff overall pleasant. Beautiful beach to stroll on with a resort bar towards the end. Stop by & see Raymond who's a local vendor on the beach for a handmade bracelet & cute hummingbird (he's the last vendor down by the tree). Entertainment staff rock & so lively, especially Gilly. Everyone works extremely hard, foam party lots of fun. We all would return & wishing still there.

We stayed five nights here and had a great time. The food was awesome. Everyone was really polite was clean and the rooms are quiet.

Great time with the kids. The rooms need are a bit musty smelling which I suspect is due to moisture but the common areas, pools, restaurants and bars were supreme! Great staff, excursions, drinks and food.

This was our second stay at Coconut Bay (2016) and a lot has changed. There is a new wedding pavilion and the Paradise beach area has been upgraded. The buffet has been redone. There were a couple of days the ocean was full of seaweed but other days it was clear and warm with gentle waves. Paradise beach is a special place and is well worth the couple minutes walk from the Splash side. The specialty restaurants were excellent but you can only dine in each restaurant once per visit. Breakfast on the Veranda is quiet and delicious with a few different options and the buffet was also great for breakfast and dinner. Flip Flops is great for lunch or an afternoon snack and the menu has expanded (the only item I do not recommend is the cheeseburger). The adult section is quiet and relaxing. The rooms are adequate and the bed was comfortable but rooms could use an overall update. Activities and shows are hit and miss but there are games during the day (Bingo etc) and shows at night and live music in the lobby. Special mentions to Marley in housekeeping, she gave our stay the personal touch, Kaylee in the entertainment crew kept us having a good time, Jedi was our personal mixologist, Livi at the buffet seemed to be there whenever we needed something and if you ever visit Coconut Bay Resort please see Miss Mary at the omelet station as she is the Grand Dame of the resort and her omelets start the day off right! We will definitely return!

Comfortable and relaxing experience. Property well taken care of and staff very friendly.

This hotel is conveniently located near the international airport, which makes it a practical choice for travelers. However, my biggest concern with this property is its dining options. 1. There is no room service available at any time. 2. There are periods throughout the day when no restaurants are open, leaving guests with no dining options. 3. The quality of the food is below expectations. Additionally, the hotel is in need of a significant renovation, as it looks outdated. For the price of $700 per night, I expected a higher standard of service and amenities. A traditional hotel with pay-as-you-go dining, better food quality, and room service would have been a much better experience. Would not recommend unless the location is the only priority.

Most amazing honeymoon in a beautiful resort on an incredible island. Everybody from front desk, housekeeping, bartenders, servers, entertainment staff, spa attendants, and groundskeepers were all so attentive to details and made us feel welcome every single day! Food was great in all of the restaurants! Pools were amazing! Activities were fun!!! Something for everybody!!! Can’t wait to come back here again some day and bring friends with us!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating especially our waitress Bertha. She made sure we were always okay with our meals and drinks during breakfast and lunch.

This resort is clean, great staff, a lot of outdoor options for adults and families. The treehouse for lunch was always amazing!! The only downside to the stay was the Caribbean winds. So with the pools cooler not many adults got into the pools. The lazy river was great as it was covered by some of the wind. If you chose this resort I think it is just the one thing you need to be prepared for is the wind. Other than that this resort was absolutely amazing with great staff, food and resort / rooms were very clean.
