Booked a room for 2 family members via the app. The inn staff's info there were 4 rooms available including 1 room above. They checked in around 9 pm in a room on the 1st floor (a permanent building in a housing complex quite far from the city center). But a few minutes later on the instructions of the house owner to the inn staff, they were asked to move to a room on the 2nd floor, a kind of temporary building like a wooden hut (before being built permanently/renovated), the 2nd floor room was dusty and not soundproof (because it was made of wood and not walls), the location was near rice fields and there were lots of mosquitoes that entered through the gaps in the wood making it difficult to sleep.

It's better to just close the account instead of having so many guests pranking it.

Overall, it is comfortable and nice to use for resting and relaxing, the service is also friendly and good 👍🏻

I have already booked, when I arrived in front I called out but no one came, I burned the 2 "hotel" vouchers. Because I saw the condition of the front of the building directly. It was not appropriate
