The experience at the property was good. The staff were excellent and friendly. The food and drink options were great. Looking forward to returning.

The room was clean and property was nice and spacious. Only one pool and the beach was nice when there was no jelly fish. It took a very long time get drinks by the pool and there is little to no entertainment. Some of the workers was nice and there was the others that was abrupt and down right rude. We will not be coming back and won’t recommend.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Hawksbill. The resort itself is in a stunning location — the pool area was beautiful, and the beach was absolutely amazing, clean, and relaxing. Most of the staff were friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better. However, there were a few staff members who didn’t show the same level of professionalism or warmth, which was disappointing compared to the rest of the team. Despite that, the overall atmosphere, scenery, and hospitality from the majority of the staff made it a pleasant stay. I’d definitely return for the views and the beach alone!

The beaches, staff, food and drinks were all amazing. Our room could have used a little maintenance but it did not matter to us. The ceiling had a leak. We were on the beach most of the time so we did not mention it. The sunsets at this property were gorgeous. We will absolutely be back.

It was a lovely vacation, loved my room on the beach. I loved the food, the chef, from the main dinning area, was very sweet. He would always give me great service and recommendations. The pool area vm was lovely. The hotel room was clean and cleaned daily. It is not a five star hotel but it is a fantastic/budget option, thank you!!!

Our ground-floor room was perfect for my elderly grandmother, who uses a wheelchair, as it was directly accessible and led straight onto the beach. Cleanliness was excellent — the room was well-kept, with a functional bath, shower, and amenities, all in good working order. While travelling with accessibility needs was manageable overall, it’s worth noting that there is a flight of stairs to access the main restaurant. This wasn’t a major issue for us, but something for other travellers to keep in mind. The food was tasty and varied, with lots of options across two restaurants, though sometimes a little on the salty side. Drinks were great, and the nightly entertainment added a lively and fun element to the evenings. A standout feature was the resort’s access to four beautiful beaches, each with its own character, as well as complimentary water sports, which really added to the experience. The atmosphere throughout the resort was calm, laid-back, and relaxing, with a good balance between quiet downtime and engaging activities. Overall, we felt safe, well-supported, and well looked after. For the setting, amenities, and outstanding staff, we thought Hawksbill offered very good value for money and a truly memorable Caribbean stay.

Enjoyed every second of my trip! I will return! Special shout outs to Ms Pam at the Boutique, she’s the sweetest ever! Dj Fenton kept the party going as well as helped with the water sports. Mervin served the best drinks at sea grapes and Amaya was the best server. Ms Odessa in the main dining hall was sweet & knowledgeable. Would recommend to family and friends.

Food was decent - I was expecting more island food- the view was awesome from our bungalow - the waves were a little rough and there were rocks in the water : we walk to the seaview rooms area where the water was a lot calmer and safer - the room was nice with amenities and sooooo quiet - I slept peacefully indoors and some nights I slept on our private cabana area …..( some nights there’s mosquitos so bring repellant ) nightly entertainment was cool : concierge is available 24hrs—- taxi to get into town was cool… ( take Advantage of the hotel amenities )

The resort was everything I expected...I had a blast and enjoyed the beach view and great food!!

There were too many flies at the eating areas and bugs in my room.

Needs more entertainment

The property was amazing. It had such beautiful views of the ocean and a large area to explore. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I would Definitely stay at this resort again.

The property itself is not bad at all. However, there are one too many faulty components. Let’s start with the issue of insects. While they did their due diligence to get rid of the insects outdoors; it wasn’t the same for indoors. After trying to wine down after a long hot day, an influx of insects took over the room. This lead to us spraying an over exceedingly amount of bug spray which led to choking, coughing and sneezing. Then there was an issue with food poisoning. I was unable to enjoy the first few days of the vacation due to constantly having to run to the bathroom. The dining utensils were unusable, then when asked for a different one it was as if it was a bother. Due to this factor I spent a lump-sum of my vacation money on food outside. That should not have been the case because the property is all inclusive. Lastly, we were called on the room phone to confirm date/time of checkout, which was confirmed. The day of no one called or came to the room to assist us with the luggage, that literally has to be wheeled from one end of the resort to the opposite end and up two flights of stairs. There needs to be better accommodation for guests to enjoy the resort comfortably. Bug infestation, sheets were dirty and never changed we stayed 8 days on the same sheets . Bed linen change was requested and the linen was dropped off to the room for us to do it .The dining area tables chairs were covered in bird feces and it was not properly sanitized .
