The hotel location has beach access, the sunset view is great, all the restaurants have good menus, there are only a few things that need to be improved, such as the water is not hot, the blanket has a hole, after the information it was immediately replaced 👍

Kindly be acknowledge our water heater was generated by Liquid Petroleum Gas and it might switch off whenever strong wind was occurred, we shall do increase LPG check three times a day to ensure water heater work on properly. There were a lot of mosquitoes when I went to sleep at night. I recommend taking precautions.

The room is spacious, total there are around 30s villas with private pool. The restaurant has a beautiful scenery. The breakfast, we can choose from the menu, rate 8/10. Overall I'm satisfied.

Saya pesan kamar termurahnya, bagus banget, cocok buat honeymoon-ers, fasilitas dan hospitality-nya terbaik. Tinggal pilih bisa liat sunset dari pantai / dari restaurant. Bintang 5 deh kamarnya bersih banget. Saya menginap 2 malam dan gak mau pulang, betah pokoknya. Breakfast-nya a la carte dan enak-enak semua, setiap abis makan selalu ditanya "gimana makanannya? enak gak? kurang apa?" Menerima semua saran tamu, recommended dan wajib menginap di sini.

We as a family are very happy to stay at Kayana, the villa is comfortable, the children are happy with access to the beach in front of the hotel.. the breakfast place is on the hill so you can enjoy the beach view.. all of our friendly employees really enjoy it.. hopefully we can stay here again.. thank you.

We stayed 2 nights at the duplex villa, there is a private pool, the food is delicious, the view of the blues restaurant is very good. The service of all the staff is friendly, we left items in the desk drawer next to the bed, the staff wanted to deliver goods to town when they were off work. Chinatown beach with calm waves, suitable for children to play in sea water. Next time will stay here again, the rooms are nice, spacious according to the picture in the application.

We got a free upgrade to a hillside view for free, assisted by calling the PCR and antigen check officers to the hotel and assisted with printing the results, and when we had to extend we were given a special rate in the same room. Thank you! All the staff are friendly, the location around the beach is also clean, you can snorkel, there is a food stall at the end selling mixed rice and very delicious ballar fish. From the beach, you can directly cross to Gili Trawangan by private boat. Prepare snacks and other necessities because the location is far from mini markets, and it's difficult to go food.
