Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here

Upon our arrival at Hilton The Pearl, we encountered a minor hiccup as we were initially given a smoking room despite our request for a non-smoking one. However, the staff was incredibly accommodating and promptly changed our room, setting a positive tone for our stay. The rest of our experience was nothing short of wonderful. The hotel's location at The Pearl offers breathtaking views and an elegant environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The amenities were top-notch, especially the well-maintained pool area and the fully-equipped fitness center, which allowed us to unwind and stay active. Furthermore, the staff at Hilton The Pearl was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Whether it was offering local tips or swiftly addressing any requests, their professionalism truly stood out. Our room, once switched, was immaculate and beautifully appointed, providing a cozy and luxurious space to relax. The attention to detail in the room's decor and amenities added an extra layer of comfort to our stay.

The service exceptional, the view to die for. The pool awesome. The beach was the cherry on top. What wrecked it all ? Sadly, you can hear your neighbours as if they were with you in the room. The owners need to shut the place down for a couple of months and install safe and sound Roxul insulation on the separation walls plus reduce the size of the adjoining unit doors as I’m pretty sure that’s where all the sound is leaking through.

Great location, spacious room

1. Found someone from the hotel staff in our room after we forgot something and went back to the room. He said he was just making sure the room was ok. Was a very strange situation as he really couldn’t explain why he was there… nothing missing. 2. Went down to the beach for a walk and put our feet in the water. We asked for a towel to dry our feet and he gave us a used wet towel. Gross 3. Asked the front desk for water, said they would bring them to the room, never delivered. 4. Large blinking light outside our balcony… need to blackout the side facing the room

Such a brilliant experience here at the Hilton. It was our first time in Doha and I was not sure what to really expect from the hotel and area but it did not disappoint. The staff at the hotel are amazing. A special thank you to Hossein and Rahim for really looking after me and my wife. We landed early morning and got to the hotel at 8am but check in was not till 3pm, exhausted from the flight, Hossein saw how tired we were and arranged an early check in for us in an even better room that I had booked. Anytime we needed anything Abdul Rahim and Hossein helped. The staff are really attentive and very welcoming. Always friendly and really make this hilton a special place where you would want to come back Thank you all

Review: Hilton The Pearl, Doha We recently stayed at the Hilton The Pearl in Doha and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a beautiful and family-friendly area, perfect for those traveling with children. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the delicious food at the on-site restaurant, The Kitchen—especially during lunch and dinner. However, there were a few downsides worth mentioning. Breakfast at The Kitchen was consistently overcrowded. On two out of eight mornings, we had to wait in line for over 15 minutes just to be seated. The tables are placed very close together, making the dining experience feel cramped and lacking in privacy. All breakfast service is located on the 5th floor, which gets especially congested between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m. It’s clear that the hotel could benefit from expanding or reconfiguring the breakfast area. Additionally, while our room was clean and comfortable, the furniture appeared quite dated and well-worn. The hotel in general seems to be losing a bit of its original shine and could use some refurbishment to maintain Hilton’s high standards. In summary, Hilton The Pearl offers a great location, excellent staff, and tasty dining options, but could improve its breakfast setup and update its rooms to provide a more premium experience.

Buffett options were absolutely limited. Food is definitely not all that. Smallish area around the pool. The outdoor pool was not heated although staff promised it was heated- that was no good. Beach area is close by and ok although small. Rooms - we had the 2 bed executive suite- good size and no issues with room. Staff were courteous. I would not come here again though. I stayed at Ritz Carlton previously and that trumps Hilton Pearl in every way possible.

From arrival to departure we could not have been looked after any better. The staff were very professional friendly and nothing was too much effort for them. The food in the hotel was very high quality. The Mulberry bar was very quaint with a massive selection of drinks available. The pool and pool area was meticulously clean as was everywhere else in amd around the hotel. The pool bar was a great place to cool down and partake in a refreshing drink. All in all this was a fantastic hotel with equally fantastic staff

The staff here go above and beyond for requests and are so helpful. The hotel is clean, safe and has excellent facilities. The rooms have such great views and security and valet are excellent. Would recommend staying and don’t think I’ll ever stay anywhere else visiting Doha. A big shout out to the valet staff, reception staff and housekeeping. You made our stay amazing. Thank you.

Nice quiet Hotel with excellent service. However, TV was not working properly, couldn’t watch News or movies, as picture or sound lost every few min or tv powering off every 5-9 min?!
