Our recent staycation was largely wonderful. The staff were incredibly accommodating and the service was superb. However, the property's safety needs improvement, particularly during the rainy season. The stairs are dangerously slippery; I unfortunately fell on the stairs while carrying my toddler, resulting in a seven-step tumble. I strongly recommend installing rubber guards on the stairs to prevent similar accidents.

Nice place. We stay here whenever in town to see family. Very nice pool and restaurant. It could use some routine maintenance and basic refurbishment, but overall a good place and good value.

Great staff and a clean place. Room whichbi stayed in i felt it was a bit small. But overall a very good experience. The bar they have is very nice with good music. I felt the prices are reasonable.

There was nothing to like. It was dirty, broken and unmaintained. Not cooking area though I was sold as it did. No place to set and eat in my room. This was as far from what you sold me as possible.

A/C keep turning off every 10 mins, toilet bowl don’t have a seat ring, toilet is clogged, theres a construction going on while i was trying to get sleep, we we’re going to swim and found out there were frogs, theres no available staff after 10pm. Overall its not a good place to stay😡

The staff worked with us to accommodate us from third floor to a second floor and provided extra mattress and sheeting

I was surprised that there was a resort-type hotel in the heart of General Trias. What was more surprising was the affordable price, which makes it a viable option for business travellers.

We booked at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised what a nice place and value it was. A couple miles out of Trece Martires downtown. Room was clean. Good wifi, hot water and water pressure. Staff nice and available. Pool was not available because of recent volcano ashfall.
