The staff is friendly and comfortable staying at this hotel. The atmosphere is also pleasant.

A comfortable pool place... always come here for me-time with family.. no need to go far.. or tired of walking around.. better to come here everything is complete, comfortable, and the facilities are not disappointing... the swimming pool is clean.. cool because there are many trees and the officers are always on guard.. basically from the beginning of coming the atmosphere is like in Bali hehe.. thank you.. hopefully it will continue to be the best.. but you can't be careless because it is already the best.. hopefully there is good fortune to bring the family here again 🫶

Second stay here, but very disappointing, the room did not match the order, ordered a 110m2 president suite, but was given an 80m2 suite, this is different, so it's a big downgrade, ordered for 5 pax, amenities only 4 pax, only 2 glasses, only 2 plates, no cups, 4 mineral water, 4 towels, it seems like they don't care about service 👎🏻

Amazing stay... really enjoyed 2 nights in the president suite, everyone was very helpful, really recommended.

Masyaallah the room is clean, moreover the staff are very friendly especially for sis Nadia and sis Yusuf who gave a surprise to my child 😍🥰 for breakfast can be replaced with sahur coincidentally it's the fasting month, basically the best, this is the 3rd time we've stayed here, there's a mini kitchen

Comfortable and nice place, recommended

It was my first time experience staycation in this hotel. When we checked in we got a welcome drink, mango juice. In accordance with the rebranding name, Grande Valore Hotel & Serviced-Apartment (before Oakwood Apartment) the rooms available with apartment interior design, equipped with a mini kitchen set, but unfortunately no cooking equipment is provided. We chose a room with a city view, but apparently a room with a garden view/pool view would be much more attractive. There was a library available although most of the contents are old books in Japanese and English. There were also soccer table games and a pool table. The trampoline in the children's playground is limited to ages under 10 years. The restaurant provided a buffet breakfast and several stalls with several choices. Unfortunately, when I arrived at around 9 AM, it wasn't refilled again, even though there were still several guests and families who came after me. Additional charge 50% for breakfast for children under 12 years old, fair enough. So far, the swimming pool was the children's favorite, in the afternoon and morning. Flamingo and unicorn floats were available for an additional 25k/hour. There was also Living Plaza Jababeka which can be reach in 5 minutes. Coincidentally, there was a night market when we visited. Thank you Grande Valore, it was a nice experience staycation.

In my opinion, it's good and comfortable, but the TV is not yet a smart TV, so when you're in the room there's no other entertainment other than watching regular TV broadcasts. Hopefully next time you stay, the TV will be able to turn it on, hehe.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the night atmosphere is quite serene and beautiful.

Accommodation is the same as advertised, clean, very satisfied with breakfast.

Plus: the room is spacious & clean, there is a dispenser, microwave, 2 door refrigerator, bathtub, 4 pillows, large mattress. Minuses: incomplete amenities, rooms are not airtight (10th floor you can still hear the sound of vehicles from outside), not enough TV channels, the restaurant for breakfast is cramped, the taste of the food is poor & the variety is small. Overall: I've only stayed here once, it seems like it's more of an apartment than a hotel.

For the first room, the sheets were dusty, the sofa was dusty. The floor was a bit sticky, honestly not very comfortable 🙏. Then on the 7th because my husband's work was not finished, tried to book another night and moved rooms, we conveyed our complaints to the receptionist, the response was fast. The second room was very comfortable, the floor had just been mopped, the sheets were also clean, thank you 🥰♥. For the parking price, I think it's not very friendly 🥺.

Parking is expensive 20,000 for every car out even though we are staying there. In the morning my husband goes to work and pays for parking. At night we go out to eat and pay again 🙂.
