Very clean, spacious and comfortable with kitchenette bar with a. Full size fridge and freezer so I had ice and cold water at 2 am! A must for me!

The location is very good, in a residential area, next to china town and the airport. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The apartment is comfortable, clean and nice. The only think I would point is the matress... is a very very soft matress and after 2 days our backs are killing us, all of us.

Best crafted place for business people and digital nomads like me. One of the few gems in Belgrano. Conveniently located at the doorstep of Buenos Aires’ own china town. Affordable, clean and friendly! I recommend this place.

Me alojé en Sucre Suites por 9 días y fue completamente cómodo y relajante. El metro a Tigre está a dos cuadras. Chinatown está a cuatro cuadras. Fácil de llegar al Capitolio. todos los parques y Palermo. Disfruté mi estancia por completo. El personal era maravilloso. Tienen servicio de lavandería para una pequeña cantidad de ropa y todo fue genial. Definitivamente me quedaré allí de nuevo

The only shortcoming is that the front desk copy all information of my credit card for guarantee. It scared me because I don't know how they manage this information. It will be annoying if the information leaked or sold. I really prefer that they do this through Expedia since it has my card info and more trustable.

Amazing, attentive staff that went above and beyond to assure my comfort and happiness in this centrally located, large suite close to coffee, bakeries, restaurants, public transportation and an amazing park.

The people who attended me were super professionals, the room was great, lot of facilities, totally recommend it.

We loved the place. The apartment is well presented, modern, it has everything you need and the neighborhood is really good. Staff was extremelly welcoming, answered all my questions and even contacted us in advance to organize check in times and any special requirements. Only negative part was the additional USD12 fee I was charged. To be fair, there's a note in Expedia booking, but it's not very clear when making the booking, I would not say it's hidden but it's not clear at all. I use Expedia regularly and this is the first time I get charged the cleaning fee. I even paid everything in advance and I still have to pay that arrival. I would return, but I was not happy about that fee. I'm happy to pay it and the apartment was worth it, but I didn't appreciate the way it was placed in the booking.

Room was cozy and staff was very friendly

We received an old, decrepit apartment in an old building that did not match at all the pictures. The furniture was old. The apartment was located at the ground floor facing a relatively busy street. Opening up the bedroom window to get fresh air meant allowing everyone walking on the street to look in (through big metal bars). The check-in was easy, with a friendly English speaking receptionist. They immediately prepared the apartment for us, although we arrived in the morning. Would not go back. Not recommended

Property is part of multiple ones in different locations and addresses, some very modern flats but others very old. The one we selected, without knowing it, was a second floor in avery old building. Building has no elevator, neither entrance/escalator lights. Inside the building owner make efforts to look fine but almost everything is tearing apart and rusty. Bathroom, only a smal one despite it is a familiar property, has a door unable to being closed. Only one TV and only one sofa, covered skin broken and peeled, for two. Wooden room floor and shelves are so old poor preserved that the odor is barely tolerable. Kitchen is very small and need refurshise, as the rest of the property. For the good news, workers are very kind and helpful.

The apartment was very different from the Expedia pictures. If you don’t mind a very old building then is fine.

good location, street parking (only) acceptable or even better (within a few blocks). Hop off / hop on stop 2 blocks away (Chinatown), (side note: the best way to see the city). The area safe, be mindful of your surroundings everywhere in BA. (side note again: people, even once a polce officer tell you be more careful, hold your I-Phone tight, close your zippers on your bags, etc., etc.
