Best hotel in pum

Nice staff, nice breakfast, comfortable bed. I would give 5 stars except the AC was noisy.

Basic Comfortable and Quiet. Some maintenance issues. Toilet seat was broken. Only 1 outlet by the bed. 1 cup for coffee, 1 pkg of coffee, 1 towel. Two people? breakfast was excellent and hotel staff friendly and helpful

we had trouble wifi connection.they changed my room after i complained but the wifi was so poor.i had to go to sit inside lobby to book my flight which took more than 30 mints ...

Good Hotel. Parking can be a little crowded. The area is ok. More industrial/ commercial. Overall the Hotel was great. We will stay again

Nice and clean room and friendly staff. The only thing that I did not like was the fact that it was 85 degrees inside and A.C was disabled. After calling front desk we were told that we can only use heat feature on the unit. Since the hotel is right on a main highway, opening windows is not a good option because of mesquites and noise.

Lovely, quiet hotel! Friendly and welcoming staff; helpful in every way. Delicious dinner! Beautiful and clean hotel. Spacious room with all needed amenities. Feels like home as far as comfort level goes. Bed and pillows are fluffy like clouds. Twenty minutes by cab to Pamkkule and close to bus station.

Based on our 2 weeks trip and 7 hotel experiences, we think this hotel is extraordinary. We can’t find one more hotel that is the same money valued for food and spa. We really want to back to enjoy the spa everyday!

Very friendly staff, especially the young waiter in the bar area.

this hotel is close to the highway. It’s too noisy to sleep at night. The AC is not working and the room is super hot at night but we can’t open the window due to the noise.

All staff is very professional and polite, they are very attentive, they are happy to help you out and giving you directions, they don't expect tips, but we gave them any way, they deserved, very clean room with fresh sheets, and no stinky oddor, the bad is the parking, very limited and muddy, hard to get out of you car without step on mud, is on the road very close to main attractions, but nothing around it

Very clean property, employees are great help specially the hotel manager, he made our stay the most comfortable possible. We had dinner and on the menu a Maza plate but one item was missing they were out of it , and he did special order it from outside supply even we said it is ok we can do without it. He apologized for not having it and we got a special gift apologizing for not having the menu, I recommend this hotel very highly , thanks to all the staff.
