Hotel Basilica was the perfect place for our relaxing week break in Palma. Central and walkable to everything which was easy for exploring the city, catching the train to Sóller and visiting the beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooms were super comfortable and really clean. The pool area is also really nice and a great place to chill in the day and watch the sunset in the evening. Overall the hotel was quiet and we would definitely come stay again.

It was a lovely stay at this hotel in the old town. Quietly convenient and easily accessible to all the main attractions within the old town of Palma and beach. Only wish the air conditioning system was a little stronger for the hot weather!

Wonderful family run hotel. Staff were so friendly and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything is high quality from the staff to the orange juice to the towels and the toiletries.

Beautiful high end hotel centrally located in Palma. The pictures do not do it justice. It’s immaculate and very sophisticated. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were lovely. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities, beautiful décor and excellent service.

Had a fantastic stay at the Basilico. The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. They gave recommendations of restaurants based on the food types we wanted and helped to book restaurants (weekends can be busy and restaurant booking recommended). The breakfast had a very good selection of fresh meats, cheeses, pastries, breads, fruits, and would provide eggs and omlettes on request. The bed and room were very comfortable. The hotel location is within walking distance of the major tourist sites, restaurants and shopping and I would recommend for short or long stays.

This hotel was beautiful and in a lovely location right in the center of everything. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The only downside we experienced was being woken up every night by the walls and ceiling being so thin that we could hear and feel every footstep. One other note for management: the pillows could be upgraded as they were very flat and hard. But overall, a beautiful spot that we enjoyed minus not being able to get a great night sleep.

Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous city.

I can’t rate this hotel high enough. Hotel itself is beautifully presented, very clean, lots of attention to detail. There is a blend of old walls and tiles with new clean lines. Decor is very tasteful with a lovely blend of muted colours and gives a tranquil, oasis like vibe. There is a small roof top pool which is fantastic in the old town and allows downtime afternoons spent lounging. The staff are lovely, and cannot do enough for their guests, with complimentary welcome drinks and more offered. They are clearly proud of their hotel and they should be. A special mention to Christian who simply is a treasure. The location is central old town with all Pallma’s charm. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Basilica and we will be back.

This is a small charming hotel in the heart of old Palma. Excellent, friendly, accommodating service at the front desk. Breakfast was fantastic. I would book here again in a heartbeat!

We absolutely love the Hotel Basílica in Palma de Mallorca. The hotel is elegant and stylish and conveniently located in the heart of old downtown. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. There is a sunbathing pool on the rooftop. We come back here every year.

Attention to detail was excellent. Staff very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Great choice and freshness of breakfast . Room was clean and very quiet . Welcome was particularly pleasant with a cava / soft drink as a hello . I would not hesitate to recommend and would go again to this hotel.

A luxury boutique hotel in the Palma old town. Exceeded all expectations.

Stayed at the Basilica for the second time and it did not disappoint. Clean, convenient for shops bars and restaurants and getting around Palma in general. The hotel-staff were welcoming and accommodating. The pool area on the roof terrace is also a big plus small but relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for a very pleasant stay in Palma.
