Friendly and pleasant staff Excellent service

The hotel is clean, the staff Hang is enthusiastic and friendly, good support, will come back to book again

impressive! It was my best room (I booked deluxe double) with the most complete amenities I've ever have (even the facial foam, hair ties, cotton bud - everything you need) They provide heater for cold days. The bathtub and modern toilet was dope. Definitely recommend it to everyone!

Spacious, clean, airy, no room spray smell like other places. Fully equipped with everything, personal items including cotton swabs, dental floss, tweezers, shower gel, facial cleanser, shampoo... just like at home. The receptionist and security staff take care of me attentively, enthusiastically and cheerfully. I feel very comfortable coming here, an extremely good experience when coming to Hanoi. Next time I come to Hanoi, I will definitely choose A25 again, with a reasonable price range suitable for resting: clean, guarded and enthusiastic reception. The room is spacious, fully furnished and equipped with iron, dryer, ironing board... my favorite is the toilet: with bathtub, shower, automatic toilet, Toto is really good hihi. Overall very good for the price. After this period, when traveling and need accommodation, I will prioritize the A25 system because of too much investment in furniture and equipment. I gave breakfast but I was too busy to go out, I didn't have time to eat for 2 days (mysteriously, on the day I returned, I found a box of fresh jackfruit) I don't know if the hotel told me or who put it in. Receptionist (change of shift) so I don't know :))) Ah, I don't like it very much, I rent a scooter but, it looks too old, I don't like it, I have to go in and edit it again because I forgot: what I like better The 3 children I will remember forever is that the hotel took care of 1 bottle of tresemme shampoo, 1 bottle of seahorse shower gel, 1 facial cleanser, 1 bottle of hand sanitizer, a small pack of cotton swabs, hair bands and cotton pads. Cleansing. Why are you so thoughtful and cute 😘
